I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Cancún. The property is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. The rooms are simple but modern and well-maintained — exactly what you need for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any questions. The location is excellent, right next to a Walmart Express and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and transport connections. It’s also convenient for joining local tours and excursions. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel feels safe and organized, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Cancún — I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for good value, cleanliness, and convenience.

It's a nice place, convenient if you need to go to the airport the next day, we stayed at the hotel just one day. The service was marvelous, very polite and open to help us. The check in was at 3pm but our room was ready around 1:30 so it was perfect for us. You can go by walk to several places, coffee shops, restaurants and plaza las Américas. My only problem was the humidity, the room didn't smell good but it was clean, I think it's an humidity issue.

Scam regarding the tourist tax (6x more than what the Trip app indicated). So you think you have a ”cheap” hotel (€28) and suddenly it becomes €33.

The location is very good. There are many restaurants nearby. Japanese and Mexican food are both good. It is also convenient to take a taxi from the hotel area. This hotel is more cost-effective than those in the hotel area, and the sleep is also comfortable

I booked a hotel for a friend. Overall it was okay. The main reason was that it was close to the city center and easy to get in and out. The hotel must have been a few years old but the location was good.

The room was very nice and good value for money. I stayed for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. The hotel's restaurant and swimming pool were also very nice. The breakfast was also plentiful, and I especially liked the yogurt cereal.

Simple hotel But well located It is worth it

This hotel is a typical budget hotel. The rooms are described as small. However, if the cleanliness of the beds were improved, the price-performance ratio would be acceptable. My wife and I were perhaps very unlucky. The sheets in our room were covered with all sorts of hair left by other guests, which was disgusting. Please carefully consider choosing to stay in such a hotel.

We’re room 620 with beach club access the location of the hotel is perfect it’s close to everything you need, mall, restaurant, hospital, money changer and a lot more! You should the beach club access u won’t regret! And ladies at the reception are very helpful and very nice they can answer everything u need to know! I love my stay at Krystal Urban Carlos and Itzel are super nice! And the breakfast is superb!

The hotel is in a good location. Most Chinese day trips depart here. The hotel breakfast is good, the dinner is ordered by yourself, the price is fair, and it is more consistent with the general restaurant outside, not as expensive as the Sheraton Love Him Hotel. The surrounding area is relatively desolate. Convenience stores and supermarkets have to walk for at least 20 minutes. The overall service of the hotel is above the standard.
