Starting from the assumption that I was neither checked in nor checked out, therefore they did not register my presence in the structure... the whole stay (fortunately short) was horrendous. The door to the room had a rickety lock, so anyone could get in with a little force. The window seemed practically open from the cold drafts coming in... and the sheets were full of strange fluff. We don't really talk about breakfast... all hard and inedible, I was reduced to bread, butter and jam and even that was disgusting. Second day we opted for the closest bar which I highly recommend (the sweet side). Old hotel, indifferent staff. Don't go there. Point.

Absolutely negative experience. They demanded that the room be paid for the evening before check out. My two children stayed overnight for three nights. My daughter left a day early for work. So on the last night my son stayed overnight alone. It was a gift from their grandmother for Christmas, which she would pay for at check out as is appropriate. The manager called my son to the room at 11.30pm demanding that he come down to pay...If he hadn't done so they would have taken action...Shameful!!! I hope anyone who intends to stay in this hotel thinks not twice but ten times!!! Oh, by the way!!! Terrible breakfast...hard croissants, poor quality products...don't pay for breakfast because there is a good bar 100 meters away.

All good, clean rooms and welcoming staff. The only flaw, the owner is an elderly gentleman, who almost forces you to eat at the hotel restaurant... which will certainly be good... I don't doubt it. Value for money OK.

Pessima accoglienza da parte del portinaio, scostumato e per niente professionale. Siamo arrivati alle 5 del mattino avevamo già avvisato e lui anziché accoglierci quasi ci cacciava fuori, non tornerei in questa struttura nemmeno se il pernotto fosse gratis! Non lo consiglio per nessun tipo di viaggio!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel e farei una descrizione dando dei voti. 1) PARCHEGGIO- Comodo, proprio davanti ALL'HOTEL Anche se non ben mantenuto. voto 6 2) IMMOBILE- Visto da fuori molto moderno e con belle speranze, ma appena entri ti accorgi che e' molto datato con moquette ovunque dalla pulizia dubbia, insomma molto trascurato. Voto 4 3) STANZE - Almeno le nostre piuttosto piccole e strette. Anche qui moquette ovunque e servizi come frigo bar o cassetta di sicurezza assenti, anzi ci sono i buchi sul muro ma non si sa che fine hanno fatto. Un 3 stelle minimo il frigobar dovrebbe garantirlo. Voto 4 4) PULIZIA- Dubbia. Voto 5 5) COLAZIONE- al limite. Voto5- 6 6) RISTORANTE - Per quello che mi riguarda non lo consiglierei. Voto-4. Per concludere per una o due notti al limite puo' passare, ma non lo consiglio per un periodo piu' lungo.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo per chi vuole passare da Arezzo per pochi giorni: le stanze sono piccoline e con moquette ovunque, ma ottimamente insonorizzate verso l'esterno e l'interno. Ha un comodo parcheggio antistante e in 10 minuti in auto si raggiungono i parcheggi a pagamento intorno al centro storico. Lascia un po' a desiderare il rispetto delle norme anti Covid, come utilizzo delle mascherine che non viene promosso tra gli ospiti, e buffet della colazione (noi per non rischiare abbiamo puntato sulle confezioni monodose, presenti in gran quantità, evitando torte e altro).
