"My partner and I stayed at the property from Saturday 20th to Monday 22nd, attracted by the location, services and landscape. Overnight stay + Breakfast. What can I say... "Like at Home". Upon our arrival, a wonderful welcome. Kindness, Friendliness and Availability that also surprised us (in a positive sense of course). As if we were friends and not customers. Gorgeous room, view of the pool and landscape, equipped with all the comforts you are looking for. Abundant and Good breakfast, both sweet and savory, possibility of choices that you do not expect. The Spa for the exclusive use of the room (to be added to the package), you can enjoy it in total relaxation in the true sense of the word. Worth it. If we really want to find a flaw, but if we want to be "picky and punctilious" the road to get there, in rain and bad weather, can form unpleasant potholes. After all, you are in the countryside... it happens... just go calmly and you can overcome them. Too bad, due to the weather, we could not enjoy the outdoor pool. Opportunity to return. I fully recommend it. Fantastic owners and really good at making guests feel good. Keep it up. Giorgio and Katia"

"Unfortunately the evaluation cannot be real because it is mandatory to put the smileys, but I paid but did not benefit from it because the hotel kept 100% of the cancellation penalty even though I demonstrated the reason for the cancellation with a sheet issued by the facility for an operation Refused for various health problems. I did not ask for the full refund but at least I could take a penalty of 60% so they also made the customer happy unfortunately nothing to do. Kind regards"

"The best thing about the hotel is its location, centrally located and close to the main attractions. As for the rest, the beds were uncomfortable, the rooms poorly insulated, and you could hear all the noise from the kitchen and common areas. If you're carrying suitcases, it's not very convenient to get there, as the elevator is very small and you'll almost certainly have to take the stairs. We were traveling with our toddler, and the elevator only fit one person."

"My husband and I stayed two nights at the end of May. We had a great time. The studio apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean, and equipped with every comfort. The staff was very kind and helpful. The only downside was the proximity to the tracks; the trains are loud and frequent, but they run much less often on weekends, so that makes up for it. Overall, we had a great time. We also recommend eating at their restaurant, which is excellent."

"Let's start with the positive notes: the hotel is in a good position to reach the city center and is close to a covered car park. We can add the kindness of the person at the reception and the size of the room assigned to us. Negative notes; the location is absolutely not attractive and neither is the hotel lobby. The kindness of the person at the reception does not compensate for the fact that no type of valid information is provided to us, even upon request. The large room is furnished with a very particular taste and has, incredibly, a bathtub and shower "in full view" (the bathroom is reserved for toilets); unfortunately my current physical shape did not allow me to even take a shower! Breakfast is the worst though; it is served in a small, poorly lit room with a decidedly poor and very poor quality buffet. The fruit juice was unmarked and "tasted like broth". Finally, how the hotel can boast 4 stars is a mystery in my opinion."
