Good loaction, so much restaurants and near to the bus stop. There are plenty of places can be explored. The staffs are polite and the room is always clean. A bit bothered by the hairdryer that can not function properly and the shower need to be fixed too. Other than that, it was all good.

帶着小孩出差，到了臨時訂的，市區中心，吃飯方便，衞生乾淨，前台服務態度好，還有宵夜送，續訂了兩個晚上，停車免費

前台小姐姐Check-in非常快，不管從大廳還是樓層非常熱情。健身房和洗衣房都在7樓，上下電梯需要刷房卡。設施都很齊全，早餐自助形式的，品種多。果然評分高是有原因的

衞生、早餐啥的，相對中規中矩，談不上好。
吐槽點：隔音不好，走廊有人説話及關門都清晰，還好次數少還能忍受；入住時窗簾不能自動開關，但服務人員馬上來看過，好在不影響人工拉上，第二天應該修過就能頓頓挫挫的開合了
差評點：訂單上明確寫着有高鐵站接送站一次，因此離開前一晚去預約，結果告知車壞了不能送，！嚴重點説，訂單即是合同，合同約定的內容不執行就是違約！本來打個車也就十幾塊，懶得糾纏，但也就別指望好評了。跟得上的服務應該就是為客人在預約的時間打好車，這樣才是對等的。
此外，發票網上申請也是沒用，要再聯繫，説平台沒有推送，説實話，如果沒有因為預約車留了微信，那也要打電話催問才能要到發票了。

十一跟着老公帶孩子回常德老家，選擇了這家酒店住宿，因為這家的雙人床是1.3米的，睡起來還算可以，帶娃的話可以將就，房內空間比較大，但是就是隔音效果差一點，晚上睡覺有點吵，早餐在13樓種類還算比較全面，帶娃吃還是比較方便，比出去找早餐要好很多
