Lovely stay, there are a lot of activities you can do in the resort( hot spring, games, live shows) and much more. The staff went out and above to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, Jay the supervisor was very helpful, he would tell about events happening that day and even take us there. It was a great experience we even extended our stay because there was so much to do❤️. I definitely recommend this hotel. There’s a Western restaurant and Bar and it has a sea view.

Our stay at the Fisher Island Seaview Resort was very relaxing and peaceful. The hotel upgraded us to an RV which was very cool. Hotel staff were very helpful and there was plenty to do around the resort. Would love to return.

The hotel isr very old and run down… the kids liked the pools a lot - but also super old!
Our family room has a heavy smell of cigarettes… the service was nice and we were able to change the room…

It’s a beautiful place but just an ok place to stay, not very foreign friendly.
The buffet is not worthy, so you better eat at the small shops outside.
And no coffee for breakfast.

The service at the hotel is really good. I love how they provided use free fruits on our 1st day and snacks on our 2nd day. I wish they would have more staff that speaks English et every entrance of the different part of the amenities. Prices at restaurants are very affordable. The indoor pools and hotsprings are the amenities I liked best. The beach area is clean but it was low tide when we came there and the the water is a bit cold. Good for a very hot day unfortunately, we came on a cloudy day in June.

Facilities: The parent-child room has one large and one small bed, which is good. There is a bathtub, but the shower door is not tightly controlled, and water will splash out. The balcony can see the panoramic view of the hot spring, and there is only one elevator.
