"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐A special shout-out to our housekeeper, Wendy. Her service was absolutely spot-on. Before we arrived, I had a lot of questions about dining options within the park and ocean views. She answered everything objectively, never pushing expensive places, and instead recommended several affordable and delicious local eateries. During our stay, I caught a chill one evening and asked if the hotel had warm water and disposable cups. They were quickly delivered to our room. Another time, I forgot my umbrella when going out, and after I mentioned it to her, she brought it directly to the lobby to wait for us. On check-out day, our luggage was quite heavy, and she proactively helped us carry it to the parking area. Her demeanor was consistently gentle, and she rarely used platitudes, focusing entirely on practical actions. She's a truly down-to-earth housekeeper."

"Came to Aranya with a friend and chose this hotel. It's not inside the resort but very close, only a few minutes' drive away. The hotel offers free parking. We arrived quite early, and the front desk not only helped us check in ahead of time but also upgraded our room. The room was very comfortable and suitable for a longer stay. Plus, the breakfast was excellent. It's a shame the pool wasn't open yet, otherwise, we would have loved to try it out."

"Pretty good. It's about 1.5 km from the scenic area, so getting a taxi is very convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, the environment is clean and hygienic, and the service is excellent. The room is quite spacious. The only drawback is that the ventilation system was broken, so the room didn't smell very good."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff (the young man) was very helpful and answered all my questions, providing excellent service. The breakfast area was a bit noisy in the morning. I suggest adding a shuttle service to Acre. Overall, it was a good stay."

"The hotel's environment is undeniably fantastic, with beautiful scenery – despite the crowds, every photo turns out great. However, the room facilities are quite old and dilapidated, with some things even broken. Perhaps because it's so close to the sea, there was a musty smell inside the room... and the sofa wasn't clean either. Overall, it felt like the place was suffering from years of disrepair! At this price, I definitely won't consider staying here again; I'd rather choose a guesthouse nearby!"
