前台美女很Nice，送的果盤也很新鮮，衹是吃掉一部分才想起來拍照，早餐也很豐富美味。小冰櫃的飲料也可以暢飲。會是下次的首選。

衞生：乾淨、整潔、住的放心
小冰箱的飲料暢飲，太爽了👍停車也很方便，要是加強門口的保安培訓，能熱情開一下車門、提拿行李就更好了。

這次入住長沙萬怡酒店，帶給我們賓至如歸的入住體驗，前台的key服務非常周到，她為我們辦理的入住，為我們辦理退房的lucky服務也很好，衞生也很乾凈，美中不足的是看起來好像沒有禮賓員呢

13號下午1點到的，也順利給辦理入住了。前台服務非常好，也非常熱情！給我們升級了樓層，送了早餐，冰箱還有免費的飲料和依雲水，晚上回來，水果也送進來了！萬怡的服務，跟上海一樣專業！稍微有點小遺憾，浴室的密封條有點漏水，一家人洗完，流出來很多水，自己擰了好幾把的水，也不想麻煩前台了。推薦給了自己的家人和朋友。來長沙住萬怡，真不錯！

過來出差，第一次住，整體體驗很好。前台小姐姐服務熱情，特別是禮賓小夥子服務特別周到，房間乾淨整潔，有24小時健身房，自助早餐選擇豐富，粉檔味道很喜歡。酒店位置很好，附近有幾個餐廳，離德思勤廣場步行十幾分鍾，美食很多，去公司也方便。下次過來首選中建萬怡酒店!

大失所望。行政酒廊很早就衹供軟飲，一個服務人員也沒有。居然有人在裏面抽煙打牌，巨吵。早餐看到工作人員把掉在桌上的培根重新放到盤裡。

地理位置很好，走路15分鐘就有商場和夜市，非常方便，房間乾淨舒適，酒店給升級了房間，小冰箱的飲料也可以隨便喝，還送了歡迎水果，酒店服務特別好，非常舒心的入住體驗，推薦入住
