It is a great place to stay. My stay has been really comfortable. I enjoyed the stay at this hotel. All the services and house keeping is also really great. The location is amazing and the staffs are really friendly and helpful. I loved the stay at this hotel, even though we have a communication barrier, i don’t feel like i am a foreigner here

酒店服務很好，早餐的味道也不錯，有贈送免費的小禮品雖然不貴但是心意就很好，房間還有免費的可樂雪碧喝小姐姐説不夠還可以加，房間裝修風格很喜歡附近出遊也方便，遠離鬧市區隔音好不吵，

第一次住長沙的華美達，體驗非常好，前台小姐姐非常熱情辦理入住的時候還給我送了免費的銀耳蓮子羹味道很好吃，房間跟大堂的裝修風格很特別，就是睡過頭了沒有品嚐到酒店的早餐，五一來長沙玩還是選擇這裏，

1、交通：來長沙自駕遊，酒店自帶停車場，停車出行方便，不開車出行也方便，跟橘子洲，嶽麓山不遠。
2、房間：房間乾淨衞生，智能設備，智能馬桶很好用，窗户大，採光好。
3、服務：小姐姐們服務很棒，會推薦交通路線，贈送的銀耳蓮子湯很到位。
4、早餐：自選豐富多樣，還有長沙臭豆腐，湖南米粉，很有本地特色。
5、其它：酒店還有足浴店，環境服務也不錯，逛街爬山累了可以放鬆。附近有家走路四五百米能到叫湘水謠湘菜館，很地道。酒店上也有家湘菜館聽説也不錯，這次沒時間體驗了。

房間很大 前台服務非常熱情 入住時發現房間有一點小問題 前台處理非常快立刻幫我調整了房間 第二天客服經理還特意留言致歉並還專門贈送了水果對於這種處理方式我感到非常滿 以後到長沙一定會再次入住gan該酒店

衞生：打掃的非常乾淨
環境：不管是大廳還是房間都很不錯，房間很安靜。8樓有洗衣房可以洗衣服，一樓吃早飯也很不錯。
服務：服務非常好。幾乎有求必應，第一天晚上還有小甜水喝。洗完的衣服可以幫忙烘乾送到房間。（需要寫好小紙條哦～）外賣也有機器人送到房間。
設施：淋浴的噴頭感覺不太好。空調因為是中央空調，所以温度無法自行調節。這個開窗通風可以解決房間的悶熱。
總體真的很不錯，我和朋友真的很喜歡～下次應該還會選擇這裏。
