Satisfied with the hotel and accommodation experience, the hotel service is really good, the location and environment are good, the attitude is warm and considerate, the hygiene is good , it is very convenient to enter and exit, and it is very comfortable to stay

Really good hotel for the price front staff were very helpful even with the language barrier and the room was very clean. Hotel looked nice overall with a useful metro line only five minute walk away. Only one weird complaint is it’s the only elevator I’ve seen which doesn’t seem to give you enough time to get on if others are getting off. Got bumped but it a couple times.

Decoration is nice and beds are comfortable. Chinese tea set is authentic. However, smoking is not strictly ban in this hot and people smoked outside the corridors. Smoke can seep into the room.

The location is okay. Some of the front desk staff need extra customer service training. The so called afternoon and late evening snacks were poor, both in quantity and quality. The most unfortunate part was that some of the staff had a very poor attitude. They served the snacks as if they were doing charity to their guests. The outside delivery personnel came in and out of the hotel without any check or restrictions, which could be a safety concern to some of the guests. The smoke free environment was a joke. The self service laundry facility was a welcome feature.

convenient location with a few mins walk from furong square station. local eateries nearby for breakfast options. appreciative to 小泽 receptions who assisted us with parcel pickup. thank you! well recommended!
