Hilton Changshu

I’m so excited. I’ve stayed at the most satisfying Hilton in recent years. I also like the layout. I paid to upgrade the balcony to the lake view. Opposite is Qin Lake. The afternoon tea is also very exquisite. The fruit is very fresh. Especially the birthday cake. The ingredients are very good. A solid, perfect birthday experience!

The room was very clean and the hotel service was very good. When traveling as a family, Hilton will be the first choice when choosing a hotel. Hygiene and service are guaranteed. I spent two days of the weekend at the hotel. The afternoon tea and swimming pool were very good. The water in the swimming pool was relatively clean and did not smell of disinfectant. The environment in the bathroom was also good. My son didn't want to leave even when he was in the swimming pool. Changshu Hilton Hotel is currently regarded as a landmark hotel in Changshu. Some problems occurred during the check-in process and were handled promptly by the guest service manager Bobbi. It was still a good experience. Breakfast was very good

In fact, at this price, it is more friendly to have the first minibar for free. Even the request for extra water was met with reluctance. They say they will go there next time. The afternoon tea tastes good and the happy hour in the executive lounge is also great. You can mix your own drinks. There are many kinds of breakfast. As the newly opened Hilton Changshu, the hotel is located on the edge of Qin Lake in Changshu, with a unique geographical location. The hotel is shaped like a huge sailing ship, which is very unique and spectacular. Since it is a newly opened hotel, the facilities are undoubtedly very new. The underground parking lot is clean and has a good atmosphere. The hotel lobby is on the 12th floor. The upper level is the executive floor and the lower level is the ordinary guest room level. Because I booked a lake view suite this time, the room area is more than 90 square meters, which is very spacious. The bathroom has dual toilets and a large bathtub. The hair dryer is a Dyson and equipped with multiple mouthpieces, which should be very practical for female customers. The TVs in the living room and bedrooms are huge. It’s very cool to watch the Olympics especially from the bedroom. The mini bar in the room is free for the first round and comes with two bottles of beer and Godiva chocolate, which looks pretty good. The SPA on the second floor of the hotel is very popular. The environment is first-class, the technicians are professional, and the service attitude is particularly good. The hotel's executive lounge provides simple meals every evening, but the dishes are relatively small. The service is quite good. The buffet breakfast is quite rich in variety, but it is still mainly carbohydrates, and the juice is not freshly squeezed. This is also in line with ordinary Hilton standards, nothing too outstanding. In summary, the hotel's hardware and services are excellent and it is worth a visit.

Come on, the new hotel business requires familiarity, it takes time to get used to it, and there is still a lot of room for improvement. It took half an hour to check in. When I left, I dropped my phone in the room and asked someone to open the door. It took another half an hour. I checked the check-in message three times and the name registered was not mine. I walked to the elevator entrance and felt warm. The overall stay experience is great, I will come back next time~
