H Hotel (Changshu Wanda Plaza)

The hotel is very good in sound insulation. There are construction sites and main roads next to it, but basically no sound can be heard. Next to it is Wanda Plaza and the night market. It is also nice to go out for a walk during the day and watch a movie here at night. As we chose a place to travel during off-peak hours, this hotel is still very suitable for our quiet life in a bustling city

The location is very convenient, the room is very clean, spacious and bright, and the facilities are warm and smart. The service attitude is also good, and they also sent snacks. I didn't book a double bed online at first, but when I arrived at the hotel, I saw a double bed room opposite. I consulted the front desk lady, and she quickly helped me to change it. There was also a sofa bed in the room, which was a surprise, and breakfast was also sent. All services are very good. I will come again next time.

Flaw 1: The parking lot can be filled with cars in all directions, and there is no place for guests staying in the hotel to park when they come back at night. The cars of people who want to leave can't move out, and it's a mess. This is the first time I have encountered it! Flaw 2: The hotel faces Wanda on one side and a large construction site on the other side, which is affected by noise. However, the hotel thoughtfully prepared earplugs. If you are not sensitive to noise, it doesn't matter. If you have a high demand for quietness, choose carefully.

The hotel is in a good location, with Wanda Plaza opposite, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. Take a taxi to Yushan, about 4 kilometers. Executive two-bedroom suite, the room type is good, suitable for family travel. The height of the desk and chair in the master bedroom is not matched. The older child is 1.8 meters tall and needs to bend down to sit and write. It is said that this type of room is all against the road. When the windows are closed, please watch the video to feel the sound heard on the 11th floor. The hotel has made relevant notices in advance. The mall activities basically have time periods and will not delay the rest at night. The sound insulation between rooms is the biggest problem. On the first night of stay, the bear child next door ran and made noise in the room. It continued from 11 o'clock. I couldn't fall asleep at one o'clock in the morning and called the front desk to complain. The service of the staff on duty is still good. I went upstairs to patrol immediately and called the guests downstairs. However, the bear child lacks education! I called the front desk to complain again at 1:30, and the noise continued until 2 o'clock in the morning! The next day, I saw a room with a lady and three girls. The little one was probably still in kindergarten. Didn't she sleep in the middle of the night? The next morning, we started parkour again at 7 o'clock. I was really impressed! The room service on the second day was not timely. I left at 9:30 in the morning and returned to the room at 15:30 in the afternoon. The room was not cleaned. I called the front desk and the staff was still very patient. 15 minutes later, the room service came. The second night, the neighbor checked out and it was finally quiet! There were 3 people staying in the suite, and there were only 2 breakfasts. When I got the breakfast coupons, I was given one on the first day. The breakfast was neither good nor bad. I didn't want it again on the second day. In short, the hotel facilities have flaws, and the customer service work is also hard. There is no need for small gifts. The room rate for 2 nights during the holidays 4/30-5/2 is 1700+, which is not worth it.

The room is large and spacious. Next time I come to Changshu, I will choose Wanda Plaza H Hotel.

It doesn't meet the 4-star standard. There is nothing special except that there is a Wanda opposite. The TV network is stuck and the audio and video in the big bed room are useless. When booking, I asked for a quiet room, but I was arranged next to the dining room. The view of Yushan is good.
