前台是個男的 態度特別惡劣 兩個女生來辦入住真的嚇到了😟 建議別來 衞生也很差勁 早餐也沒幾種 還兩百多 是我們住過最差的酒店了。

住過最差的酒店，沒有之一，房間到處都能看見灰，設施都很陳舊，關鍵還貴，這還是寫的所謂的“豪華”，但凡你不寫“豪華”兩字，不收我💰300，我都不會這麼生氣+無語，酒店老了可以理解但是不乾淨，到處灰塵還能看到蜘蛛網？窗簾都破不拉幾的？忍無可忍我去退房，發現門鎖都是壞的，明明鎖上了結果一擰就開了？我真的氣瘋了要！前台説我有不滿意應該跟她們説，但我想問問，這麼糟糕的環境還自詡“豪華”，我找你你能給我改善成啥樣，真能給我改善也不會默默看着我走人，心裏其實應該很高興吧，入住大概兩小時吧（這兩個小時我一直在做心理建設自我安慰將就將就，第二天要考試，但是還是沒忍住🙃），幾句話就能讓我一分錢沒要走人了，我沒有時間也不想再浪費時間去理論，衹想趕緊換個地能睡個安穩覺，純粹覺得失望，當時比較着急雖然沒咋住過格林豪泰了但是還是沒有猶豫地訂了你們家，也沒看看評論，沒想到卻是這個樣子🙃

服務態度不行，入住當天的前台。瓶裝水免費，衹免費2瓶。多要就另加4元/瓶購買。早餐品質差了點。這是一次很不好的入住體驗，讓我對格林豪泰品牌產生了極大懷疑。

衞生：真的令人堪憂，枕巾上都發黑，還有一大塊油漬……桌子上都是抹布擦拭得水漬，三張椅子上的坐墊上也都是臟兮兮的污漬，空調估計也很多年沒清理了吧，遙控器上也都是臟兮兮的……地面的角落都是陳年老灰了……牆壁上都是油印……我懷疑這個房間以前是廚房……
設施：房間特別昏暗，廁所燈的主燈也是壞的
早餐種類很少，麪包上還有一衹蚊子🦟
很多年前訂過格林豪泰以為環境衞生都還不錯，沒想到這次踩雷了

沒見過這麼差勁的房間，衞生間膠水脱落，龍頭掛不住，燒水壺居然不燒水，席夢思還有點塌陷。年代這麼久根本對不起這個價格。非常差的一次體驗。再也不會去了。直接降級格林豪泰

⭐出來住個店 半夜又碰上小強 打電話給前台。經理幾分鐘就抓了強子 重換四件套 中途叮囑我可能有灰塵 讓我避一下。人剛躺下，又請員工送了水和套盒。高效、上心、尊重、體貼 他人的店 以後鎖死這家格林豪泰！！！
