Cool hotel in ideal location !
Smells a bit moldy but that’s ok for short stay.
To the owner : better take care of this soon !
Room was clean and very big, plus nice design !
No breakfast but there are plenty of options around and coffee shop down the street.
The hotel also has a roof terrace.

非常不錯！太喜歡這家民宿了，滿滿的設計感！位置很便利，出門就是牌坊街和各大景點，很方便！老闆還會送一張遊玩攻略地圖，吃喝玩樂都非常地道

民宿位置方便，必去景點、特色美食、手信，應有盡有。房間舒適。行累了，回房間有浴池浸腳，非常正👍🏻

非常差的一次住宿體驗！
一是當我們對居住環境不滿意後，無法全額退款，必須收我們20%的服務費，協商也不可以！
二是房間衞生環境真的很差！衞生間地面非常臟！衞生間有異味！見下圖。
三是窗簾和床單均有血漬。詳見下圖。
四是早晨五點半窗外雜音很大，有滑輪往上送東西的聲音。
五是房間隔音特別差。
六是房間沒有洗手液。打電話給前台要求提供，前台直接告訴我們沒有，也並不打算提供。
七是門口有一輛破車，進出非常不方便。見下圖。
總之，這是一次非常差的住宿體驗。這是一家靠違約金、靠美化圖片運營的酒店。根本不值這個價格。

臨時去的潮州找的民宿 剛好是開學季價格方面還是比較便宜的 離廣濟橋 古城牌坊也比較近 店內很舒適 就是位置相對來説稍微偏了一些 不在大街上 不過也不影響它的特色 衞生條件還是可以的 就是我住的那房間廁所門容易積水 開開回回走動容易濕鞋 出來地上也又容易有水 這方面希望店家能改進一下 整晚都睡得很安逸
