Chengde Shuangqiao District Hotels

The young lady at the hotel was very enthusiastic; she even came out to help with our luggage, and her service attitude was excellent. The hotel room was spacious, looked clean and tidy, and all the disposable amenities were readily available. The hotel's location is great, right next to Jinlong Shopping Plaza, and very close to the Summer Resort, within walking distance. It's also not far from the Eight Outer Temples scenic area, about a 10 yuan taxi ride away. I had a wonderful stay this time, and I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengde.

Traveling from Beijing to Chengde by car, I chose the Hilton Garden Inn on the platform. I've always trusted the brand's quality and service, and this time was no disappointment! 👍 The rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn are spacious, with views of Chengde's 'Mother River,' the Wulie River, outside the window (P2). In the lobby, there's a self-service fresh coffee machine, drinks, and snacks (P6). The hotel's breakfast buffet is also very rich (P7) ☕🍰. The service at Hilton Garden Inn is excellent. The front desk staff and housekeepers greet you with smiles and are always ready to answer any questions, making you feel right at home! 😄 Tips: The Hilton Garden Inn is located in the core scenic area of Chengde, 4 kilometers from the Chengde Summer Resort and 9 kilometers from the Puning Temple (Little Potala Palace). It's very convenient to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn if you're traveling by car. 🚘👍

This hotel deserves a five-star rating for its front desk service, which was far superior to the treatment I received at the Yage Huanju Hotel in Beidaihe. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, thoughtful, and anticipated all our needs. Although the parking lot is small, the attendants proactively helped us park the car. The restaurant staff were patient and provided timely service. All the hotel staff made us feel well taken care of and right at home. The only drawbacks were that the room was a bit small, and the ceiling height was low, which felt a little cramped. The outer pane of the double-glazed window was quite dirty, likely due to the difficulty of cleaning it.

Yunshe Inn boasts a fantastic location, situated near the Summer Palace and the Eight Outer Temples, making it easily within walking distance of these attractions. The hotel environment is also excellent; the front desk has a charming Chinese-style ambiance, and the rooms are elegantly decorated and impeccably clean, meeting the standards of a high-end hotel. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value for money and is well worth the stay!

Great location, and the room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. What really stood out was the excellent service, especially from the front desk staff, who were so warm and proactive they made me feel right at home. I was particularly touched when they upgraded my room. There are plenty of great food options nearby, with a night market just downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the service was attentive and friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the Mountain Resort!

Staying at this hotel during my trip to Chengde was a truly pleasant surprise, exceeding all my expectations. As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was touched by the warm service. The front desk lady was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive, offering me hot tea upon arrival and patiently explaining all the complimentary hotel services. These small details were genuinely heartwarming. The location is a major highlight. It's just a 7-8 minute walk to the Summer Resort, and being in the city center means there are plenty of malls and supermarkets nearby, making dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly convenient. You absolutely *must* try the local specialty lamb soup and knife-cut noodles for breakfast – they are authentic and surprisingly delicious. The hotel's facilities are quite new and very well-maintained, and the environment is clean and tidy. I really love the city of Chengde, and this accommodation offers excellent value for money. It's definitely my top choice for future trips and I highly recommend it.

承德皇家园林希尔顿欢朋酒店 We stayed for 2 nights. It located from railway station for 15-mins walk. The hotel was new & everywhere was clean & tidy. Hot showering water was ready all the time. The best things were their breakfast where staff Ms 崔& the site officer were very caring & active serve every guest, eg. offer sweeten fungus dessert to help our thorat comfort etc, . The diversity & taste of breakfast was far beyond expectation. Self laundry was good as it did. The worst thing was smoking smell often caught our nose inside lift even prohibition notice posted up! I would come again next time without second thought.

The hotel is conveniently located, with a bus stop just outside the door. It is about a ten-minute walk from the Mountain Resort. It is also very convenient for eating and shopping. Just across the road from the hotel is the Jinlong Shopping Plaza. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, the breakfast is quite rich, and the room is fully equipped and clean. Chengde is also beautiful in autumn.

Location - Good, strategic location, just opposite the high speed train station. Lots of eateries and convenient shops nearby, super convenient. Cleanliness - Required improvement. The tabletop had not been cleaned thoroughly and still had stains from the previous guest. The hallway outside the room was also dirty, dusty and wet. Comfort & Room Quality - Ok, room is spacious. Facilities & Amenities - Average. The hot water ran out halfway through my shower. Service - Ok.

I chose this hotel for my trip, and my overall experience exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and well-ventilated, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, making for a very relaxing sleep. The entire room was meticulously cleaned, and the wash area was dry and odor-free. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently, and they were patient in answering my questions. It's very convenient for dining and getting around, making for a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend it.
