The environment was so-so, the service was okay, but the air conditioning was terrible—it didn't work all night, it was so cold, I didn't sleep for two days straight. Don't stay in a room near the elevator; you hear the robot going up and down the stairs all night.

Your stores are really not as good as other stores.
