我們在睡覺時突然掉了下來砸到了臉，因為是牆皮所以也沒受傷，我跟男朋友也沒想過要什麼去退房的時候説了一下牆皮掉了，結果那個服務態度也是絕了，一句道歉話也沒有就算了還説什麼這是酒店設施陳舊問題我能有什麼辦法，我就問那是該找誰，直接懟我説找物業去，在六樓，簡直絕了

真是無語死了，明明上面寫着12點前退房，老闆10點半就在敲門喊退房，真是被趕出來的😭😭😭我也訂了別家酒店，但是這個點別人也還不讓辦理入住，下午13：30考試，這麼冷的天被趕出來在街上坐着等考試，最主要是剛陽康不久，我還是個孕中期的人，太太**影響心情了……奉勸大家慎入！！！特殊時期被趕出來受凍再加重病情就得不償失！！！説他家服務不好吧好像還有“特色”服務🙄都是出來花錢入住的，別給自己找罪受……
