The location is very good, it is near to all the amenities and few stop to Tianfu square and other major shopping.

I have an excellent 5 nights stay. The location is excellent and hotel service are great too. I was given an upgrade by the great front desk, the room with bathtub was spacious and clean. For sure will stay here again during my next trip.

Great stay! Big and spacious, near train station too! 管家小孙assisted for late checkout via WeChat. Easy to communicate with hotel. Loan of umbrella is free. There is no need to purchase umbrella 👍🏻

Very nice hotel and super convenience as the mrt only a minutes away and can go to many places with the mrt. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel as is really convenient and nice environment and the staff also very friendly 🤩

Metro under a stone’s throw , a great location for light travellers as Chengdu is accessible by metro.

All good and meet with service standard as accredited 4 stars hotel.
But it was not acceptable by the food waste trolly moving around the dining room in particular it had been awful in the mind of foreigners.

It was pure joy to stay at the Dorsett Chengdu. The hotel is situated very conveniently next to the metro entrance and it is one of the main lines in Chengdu. I could easily travel to the main attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lavender pillow that I requested did not smell like lavender at all, but it was a nice touch to my stay there. The bath is really small and I think they could have utilized the space in the bathroom better. I could not straighten my legs in the bathtub. The room was spacious and spotless. I will definitely stay at the Dorsett again when I visit Chengdu in future!

Dorsett Chengdu proved to be a wonderful base for my trip. Great location steps from the metro, comfortable room, and most importantly great service. Especially from 孙明 (Lucas) - he spoke good English and helped me greatly during my stay. Staff like him are what made the property feel special.

Overall a good stay! Despite the hotel is a bit old but everything is well provided.

Location is very strategic, just a few steps to Luomashi metro station. Room is comfortable, room facilities seems quite old but overall comfortable to stay. Toilet has bathtub and shampoo is branded (Elemis). Thanks for providing a good stay!

The room is very warm. Unable to adjust. Walking distance to metro and hotspot restaurant. Spacious room. Clean. Delicious breakfast.

I was given a corner and quiet room. It was spacious and bright. Facilities in the room are well-equipped and complete. Location is excellent with metro station and convenience stores nearby.
