位置非常好，不是在主路上，晚上很安靜。距人民公園走路十分鐘，寬窄巷子6分鐘，美術館也很近，早上七點周邊都是吃早餐的店子。唯一遺憾的是如果樓上住人，沖馬桶會聽到下道的聲音，其他都很好。
