This time, I would like to especially thank Xiao Xiong and two other girlfriends at the front desk, a man and a woman. Their fingernails were broken. It was late at that time and the nearby clinics were closed, so they immediately took band-aids to help disinfect and bandage them. Later, they discovered after checking out. My girlfriend forgot her gold necklace in the room and called us again and finally returned the necklace to us. We are really grateful🥹

I absolutely love this hotel for the following reasons ! 1. It’s so beautiful, it totally fulfills my fantasy of staying in a historical building in an ancient dynasty time and being a rich Chinese girl . 2. The Location is so very convenient, and I love this entire neighborhood. Very close to the temple. 3. It is very clean and quiet. 4. The technology in room ! They got JBL horizon speaker, and something like Alexa. Last but not least !!! 5. I love meeting my new friends from the bar! The drink was delicious and delicate ! And the girls I met are so friendly and fun to hang out with! Oh and they have good breakfast selections, too. I am highly recommended this hotel, if you are bored with hotel chain ! The only thing is hard for foreigners is communication, the employees don’t really speak English, but they are very friendly and helpful tho! I wish I will go back to this hotel soon !

Awesome check-in experience took a total of 5 mins max, with instructions for the stay shared via Wechat. Extreme cleanliness, automated bidet and heated toilet bowl like those you see in Japan, and the automated blackout curtains and sheer curtains were a great touch. I particularly appreciated the free first found of the minibar which I used, and my package included some high tea and supper, which I chose not to use because I wanted to eat in the city. Beautiful design, great stay, fuss-free check in and check out. What'@ not to like? Special mention to Nancy Shine Coco.
