The room is 4-star, for example -uncomfortable bed, very old shower and no window. Receptionists and bellboys were charming but we had a bad experience at the restaurant with the waiter, also some dishes with low quality despite the very high prices.

Excellent hotel with great staff. Location is good if you need to be close to the airport, but otherwise it is far from the city. Rooms have soundproofing, but some noise does get through from the traffic and airplanes.

We stayed at Trident for 2 nights. They added an extra bed for our child, so the room was very comfortable. Rooms are solid, there are some flaws, and they are not new, but the hotel is excellent, and the service is extraordinary. Breakfast is a must, don't skip it as it is wonderful.

Just stayed overnight in this hotel. The location is very close to the airport so perfect for travellers who need to take flights. Hotel room is a bit small but overall quite clean. Breakfast is not included in my room. Breakfast quality is decent.
