Chenzhou Beihu District Hotels

I found this hotel on Ctrip. It's said to be one of the best five-star hotels in Chenzhou. The lobby exudes the grandeur expected of a five-star hotel. The front desk representative, Xiao Ou, was warm and attentive, always accommodating my needs. Seeing I was traveling with my child, she upgraded me to a quieter room and provided breakfast for my child—such a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and tidy. While it didn't have the automatic curtains and other features of some smart hotels, the service more than made up for it. The cleaning lady noticed I was doing laundry and brought me laundry detergent. She also provided a variety of fruits every day. The breakfast was rich and varied, including Chenzhou specialties like fish noodles and pig-killing noodles, which my children loved.

There is a large parking lot downstairs, parking is free, there are many breakfast shops and Chinese restaurants next to the hotel to choose from, and there is a laundry room and dryer on the 3rd floor, which is quite convenient. It is recommended to stay here.

This stay was fantastic! I brought my kids here for a winter break trip, and the front desk staff was so thoughtful, providing children's slippers and toothbrushes. When we checked out, they even gave the kids a small gift bag with toys and snacks, which they loved. The housekeeping staff was also great, providing extra pillows and blankets for us. The hotel has a gym and laundry room on the same floor, which was very convenient to use. Food delivery was brought to our room by a robot, and I highly recommend the fish noodle soup for breakfast – the Hunan rice noodles were truly delicious! We'll definitely be back.

We had a pleasant stay here—thanks to Yumi and the staff for being so kind and helpful! Their bright and cheerful attitude really lifted our mood. We visited Qianzhou to go to Mangshan, and overall, the hotel was a good choice. The room was clean, and the location is slightly tucked away, so it's quiet and peaceful. There's a small shop on the ground floor where you can get snacks, and although it's mainly fruit wine, they even sell Korean soju. Most things were great, but one issue: in some rooms, there was a noticeable smell from the bathroom. It definitely needs improvement. If that gets fixed, this place would be top-tier in terms of value for money.

A yellowed copy of ”Andersen's Fairy Tales” slipped out, and from its pages fluttered a clumsily folded paper boat, stained with dried blue watercolor—a ”sailing dream” my grandma taught me to fold when I was seven. I remember it was raining just like that day. We squatted under the old eaves, her rough fingers deftly folding a discarded medicine leaflet into a small boat. She said, ”As long as your heart is sincere, a paper boat can float to the sea.” I believed her, put the boat into the puddle in front of the door, and chased it down half the alley until I tripped over a stone, and the paper boat sank. Grandma didn't laugh at me; she just gently brushed the mud off my knee and said, ”It's okay, we'll fold another one tomorrow.”

This was my first time in Chenzhou, and I had a very comfortable stay here. The parking lot was super convenient, and the bathroom was huge, as was the room itself. The heating in the room was excellent, and two breakfast vouchers were included with the room. The breakfast downstairs was also very rich and diverse. Overall, a really great experience.

The overall color scheme is calm and sophisticated, and the indoor temperature control system operates extremely quietly, without any disturbance. The towels have an exceptionally dense fiber texture, making them soft and supple against the skin. Every power outlet is precisely located within easy reach. This deep understanding of living habits makes for an incredibly smooth and luxurious stay, allowing for complete relaxation of mind and body.

The room is well-equipped, comfortable, and bright. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. If you're coming to Chenzhou, you must stay at Atour. I'll definitely be back next time! It's right in the city center, and the location is excellent. Highly recommended!

Xiaohe waiter has a very good attitude. Check-in and check-out are very fast. If you have any questions, ask them patiently and take the initiative to recommend nearby attractions to us. There are many types of breakfast, the taste is good, and you can eat enough. Room facilities and equipment are also OK, the space is large, the night is very quiet, will not be disturbed. We also upgraded the room for free, the price is super high, this price can live in such a good hotel, really cost-effective. I will choose this next time and recommend it to my friends!

My dad watched the Premier League live broadcast on the night we checked in. The hotel service is good and check-in is quick. Since there were three of us adults, we called customer service to ask for an extra bath towel, which was delivered quickly. The Internet suddenly went offline while watching football in the evening. The hotel staff immediately helped us change rooms and even gave us snacks to apologize. There is a coffee shop and a Chaoshan beef hot pot restaurant downstairs, so you don’t have to go far for dinner. It's easy to take a taxi and go to the high-speed rail station or Yuhou Street. However, the breakfast arrangement needs to be improved. The restaurant is relatively small. There was a tour group on the first morning. I guess they left at 8 o'clock, so they occupied the entire restaurant at 7 o'clock. We had a hard time finding a seat (the table in the lobby was not open), and Food and drinks were not added in time, making it difficult to eat. When my mother was waiting for noodles, she was stood in line by someone. The person even yelled at her, saying she didn't stand in line because she was getting eggs. The quality of these elderly tour groups is very poor. The next day we went downstairs for breakfast after 8 o'clock to avoid this group of people and enjoy breakfast slowly. It is recommended that if the hotel receives a tour group, it first reminds the guests to have breakfast at a staggered time with the tour group or to provide additional seats.
