This was our last stop after traveling around for over 10 days, and staying here for two nights provided a perfect ending to our trip. Xiao Yuan at the front desk was warm, polite, and checked us in quickly and efficiently. The location is also very convenient for getting around. We didn't make a fuss because we had to hit the road, but I did mention it during the staff's follow-up call that afternoon. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves its hygiene."
