When we checked out, they even gave the kids a small gift bag with toys and snacks, which they loved. The housekeeping staff was also great, providing extra pillows and blankets for us. The hotel has a gym and laundry room on the same floor, which was very convenient to use. Food delivery was brought to our room by a robot, and I highly recommend the fish noodle soup for breakfast – the Hunan rice noodles were truly delicious! We'll definitely be back."

It looked like the wire was broken. They asked me to change rooms. After I finally cleaned the room, they didn't agree to change rooms. There was no follow-up. After I checked out today, they called me to write a good review. I was talking about the problems with the room, and she interrupted me and asked me to give a good review. You can't say if there are problems with the hotel. Good reviews are a must. 🙃"

The overall decor is stylish and perfect for sharing photos, but most families traveling with their boyfriends aren't great at taking photos."

"I usually don't leave reviews unless my stay is exceptionally good or bad. The hotel's facilities are a bit outdated but very well-maintained, and the staff's service was on point. They even upgraded our room when we checked in late. However, my family woke up the next day with bug bites. We didn't make a fuss because we had to hit the road, but I did mention it during the staff's follow-up call that afternoon. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves its hygiene."

"Six of us, friends, stayed here and everyone was really happy with it. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and tidy with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, so we slept soundly until morning. Breakfast was good, and the laundry room came in handy, which was very convenient. This was our last stop after traveling around for over 10 days, and staying here for two nights provided a perfect ending to our trip. Xiao Yuan at the front desk was warm, polite, and checked us in quickly and efficiently. The location is also very convenient for getting around. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!"

There was a small park entrance right next to the hotel's main entrance, where many people were exercising or walking. It was very comfortable this time of year, and the evenings weren't hot. The hotel had many elements related to the women's volleyball team's history, even on the lobby ceiling and in the slippers."

The nearby Yuhou Street is also worth a visit for a pleasant stroll. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next vacation."

The downstairs area was well-equipped with plenty of food options. One minor drawback was that the bathroom drainpipe didn't have a sewer line; it drained directly onto the toilet floor, which could easily get your shoes wet. This could be improved."

Road construction is underway outside the hotel, and the building itself is quite old, making access difficult. The parking lot is a bit run-down. Suggestion: Choose mattresses of varying firmness to suit your needs."
