It was so beautiful, I was speechless. My friend and I just sat there in the chairs, quietly admiring the view for ages. And then, I think the second most beautiful sight is the lobby; it's unbelievably gorgeous. The room itself was very clean, so much so that you could walk barefoot on the floor, which really added to that 'at home' feeling, very atmospheric. My only minor wish is that some of the room facilities could be refurbished, and the disposable towels could be a bit thicker. I will definitely be back, just you wait, haha!"

The front desk representative, Xiao Ou, was warm and attentive, always accommodating my needs. Seeing I was traveling with my child, she upgraded me to a quieter room and provided breakfast for my child—such a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and tidy. While it didn't have the automatic curtains and other features of some smart hotels, the service more than made up for it. The cleaning lady noticed I was doing laundry and brought me laundry detergent. She also provided a variety of fruits every day. The breakfast was rich and varied, including Chenzhou specialties like fish noodles and pig-killing noodles, which my children loved."

"The itinerary was basic, but the hotel was anything but. We stayed at a truly elegant hotel on the other side of the Xiaodong River. I pondered for a long time what words to describe it. It had a wabi-sabi feel, yet the details were human and warm. It had a traditional style, yet the rooms reflected a technological and modern aesthetic. Finally, I realized this might be the "quality" we were looking for. It's said that the owner had previously worked as a teacher, then achieved financial independence by starting a tech company. In his 50s, he built a hotel, freed from worldly scrutiny and able to design and operate it to his own taste. In the evening, I sat in the lounge, enjoying a rich cocktail, listening to the graceful guzheng music, and observing the beautiful young women. All my emotional wrinkles were smoothed out, leaving behind a stable core. Not only the food and accommodation, but also the hotel's cultural experience programs were thoughtfully curated. The hotel also has its own dock with direct access to the Xiaodong River Visitor Center on the other side. Riding on a bamboo raft, the river breeze caressed my face, making me feel that life is beautiful and life is precious."

"Absolutely terrible, without exception! They provide two bottles of mineral water in the family room, and then charge extra for that! The lobby was cold and reeked of smoke! The refrigerator was practically useless; a staff member came over and said it was for storage—then why not just install a cabinet door? It would be so much cheaper! We were woken up by loud music in the morning, both in the room and down the hallway. A staff member came and turned it off, but how were we supposed to sleep?! I've never seen such a bizarre hotel! I'm giving 0.5 stars to the two young men who helped with our luggage; otherwise, I'd give it a negative score!"

"In such a large hotel, we stayed on the 22nd floor. As soon as we stepped out of the elevator corridor, there was a terrible stench. We thought the room would be better, but it also smelled like dead rats. Later, we discovered that the room was next to a low-voltage electrical room. What we initially mistook for a wardrobe protruding from the room turned out to be connected to the electrical room. The room wasn't even 40 square meters, and for several hundred yuan, it was worse than a room costing just over a hundred. The breakfast selection was limited, and one item was moldy – awful."

The service was very poor. I originally liked the hotel because of the dog at the front desk, but I really can’t praise the service. For the order placed on September 16th, I was given a free photo. I was reminded repeatedly at the agreed time. I couldn’t say enough about the photo, so I reluctantly chose it. 6 photos. I was told that the photo editing could not be completed on the same day. I had to wait for two or three days and it was OK. I didn’t ask for more than 20 days and didn’t get a reply. I asked and asked me to provide the photos. . . Haha, the humor has reached a new level. Summary: One word: poor; two words: funny; three words: unreliable!"

However, after going around in a big circle, I only saw the Shimu Hot Spring Hotel. I went back to ask about the Paradise Hotel before following the shuttle bus. It turned out to be ten acres. The best thing about the room is that it has an independent hot spring pool on the balcony. I booked it for two nights, but the service couldn't keep up. After we went out the next day, the waiter came to take away our used towels and toothbrushes and clean them. We were not given new towels and toothbrushes, so I had to ask for a long time before the waiter brought them. It was a waste of my time. Breakfast is included, but for a southerner like me, the breakfast is not delicious, and I still had to wait for a table to get it. I had to wait for a long time to get a seat, and there was a long line for a bowl of noodles and a cup of coffee. Normal hotels also include public hot springs, but I heard from a Guangzhou person who had finished bathing that the public hot springs were not good, so I didn't go."
