It's easy to go out to Nimman, not far at all = We stayed here for 1 night, slept on the 2nd floor, didn't get a good room. It's at the three-way intersection at the entrance to the stairs. I heard someone outside. But the air conditioned room is cool, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is ok. Plus there's a view of 4 mountains. There's a balcony at the back. I slept better than the first night. But I don't like the bathroom at all. The shower is next to the toilet. Bathing isn't fun. ” wifi is ok, works well, not too slow, they will key it for us, able to access up to 5 devices [ strong water ok

Everything was great with this apar**ent hotel. We even booked an extra 2 weeks. They cleaned thoroughly everyday and the view was beautiful. However, upon leaving, they said the cover for the T.V remote was missing and I should pay 350 baht to replace the entire remote. I can't see how it was completely missing from the apar**ent. They only told us once our cab had already arrived, so we couldn't even go up and look for it ourselves. An upsetting end to an otherwise great stay.

Everything good, The room is big. But need to wait for the hot water for a while, don't know it happens to every room or not. But overall is good compare to the price

It was a nice stay at the hotel. The room was renovate with a bit of fragment here and there but overall was good. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Water was good and worked well. The bathroom floor was not at all slippery even wet. This is good for elderly. My suggestion for the hotel is to look more about mosquitoes and ant. I found a couple of mosquitoes and an ant on the bed. With that in mind for hotel maid, overall stay was pleasant one and will be back again. Oh Did I mention that the reception was nice and helpful. There is also a live cat lying around to welcome visitors at all time.

Stayed a total of 7 days. The hotel certainly lived up to it's minimal concept. Everything was just perfect upon check in. Room was nice and clean, free mini bar and snacks, free beer, free wine in the evenings but that was about it. Housekeeping attendant was extremely helpful and polite but I feel that the reception could certainly be more attentive or ”passionate” (?) about what they do. I feel that they tried too hard to welcome guests during the first impression check in moment but overlooked the importance of remembering their guests after a short while (I was even asked if I wanted to check in after my second day of stay by the receptionist 😸). Some disappointment on the bike rental provider (not the hotel) as I was asked to surrender my passport as deposit. Obviously I didn't agree to this practice although I am well aware that it is quite a common practice but this is where the missed opportunity lies. I managed to get a car elsewhere for the same price without even surrendering my personal documents. The only healthy part of the breakfast spread was the orange juice. Everything else was sugary and sweet. There's danish pastries and fried Chinese dessert every morning. Certainly doesn't help that the hotel does not have any exercise facilities aside from the small, beautiful pool --- the main attraction, to be fair. The pool can become quite ”overcrowded” when the hotel capacity goes up. I appreciate the coffee machine and self-service option to fill as much as I like, on the go. There weren't enough ice on the first couple of days during my stay (all I got was a wattery bin when I opened the ice box). I wouldn't say that it was an extremely pleasant experience throughout my entire stay. There are many missed opportunities which I believe could be improved over time.

Environment: The location is a little out of the way. You basically have to take a taxi to get anywhere, but the price is around 100 baht. It's very cheap. You can wait for a taxi within 8 minutes by taking a Bolt taxi. Service: 5 stars for the waiters. Everyone is greeted with a smile. Very comfortable. The hotel is basically filled with Chinese tourists. The waiters also speak Chinese very well. There is no barrier to communication. Hygiene: There are only small bugs in the room. Hygiene is not good.

The staff in all sections are extremely professional, especially front desk team and room service team. Room was nice and I would like to suggesting, please consider to put arms chairs or small sofa at the big window. Bed is comfortable good quality of materials, bathroom is very good with shower and big bathtub good quality of products. Additionally room is clean and tidy. Price with the service qualities is perfect valuable.

To tell the truth, the location of this hotel is good, the internal environment is also pretty good, the sister at the front desk is nice and gentle, the only problem is that the mattress is too hard, it is a bit exaggerated to say that lying like a washboard, but it is definitely not comfortable Adding a cushion or quilt costs 100 baht. This is the only flaw in the beauty and it can affect all experiences. I hope the hotel can improve and make the beds ”normal”.

An okay budget hotel but I have a few complaints: - Ants in the corner of my room (they changed my room the next day) - Bed is super hard, my back felt stiff the next day - Hot water tank is not reliable, so water temperature tends to fluctuate Otherwise, it's in a good area for restaurants and cafes.
