A 5 stars boutique hotel located in old town, very convinence👍 Right in front is the walking street/ open market on Sunday. There is a school opposite to the hotel. Its rather noisy in the morning as my room is facing to the school, however trouist like us usually wake up early so no big deal. All snackssss/drinksss in the mini bar are free👍👍 includes cokes, beers, 6 bottles of water, lemon tea, chipsss, chocolate. 😅 😁 Afternoon tea by the pool is free too! Very good for those who want to relax in the hotel Staffs are very friendly👍👍

Actually it is my second time staying at this hotel. The rooms have good A/C, shower, bath products, like toothbrushing sets. Comfortable bed, and a decent breakfast with a variety of products/meals. There is kind of a ”moldy” smell from the carpets, but it did not bother me so much since I was traveling outside the hotel most of the time.

Out of the lobby you can walk to the Night Bazaar immediately. About 7 minutes walk to the Food Market where there's live music performances. Monday to Friday are the best nights while Sunday most of the restaurants are closed. About 30 minutes walk from the right side of the lobby you can reach the Old Ciity Wall. It is romantic with the night lighting. There's quite a selection of western, Thai and Chinese food from the hotel breakfast buffet.

A very good experience. You have to call before checking in and the owner will give you a key. The owner's sister is very nice. The only bad thing is that the site is isolated and there will be construction starting at 7:30 in the morning. If you are a person who wakes up easily, there will be construction. Highly recommended. There will be a Lotus and 711 at the intersection. There is a store nearby. There are many stalls selling wild food on the main road at night. We spent a few days in August in this hotel and the truth is that it was excellent value for money. The friendly and decisive staff. Location in the square of Chiang Mai, totally central. On the other hand, the room was cozy, and the pool, although logical because we are in Thailand in the north, there were a lot of mosquitoes, it was clean and the same as the room, cozy and clean. I arrived to the hotel and on the outside it looked really nice, and the staff was very nice. The girl who checked me in thow wasn't that great to understand english, so I was lucky to speak some thai. The didn't help you with your bags up to the room, but I didn't mind because I travel with good working bags that has wheels. When I came in the room the first thing that hit me was a bad smell from the toilet. (I was given a room on the top floor 608 to be precise. The size of the room was ok, but the furniture I could see how dirty and worn down rhey where. It looked like something the bought on a fleemarket. Further on I tried the bed it was the worst matress I have ever slept on, not only that the hotel is next to a road and at night it was so noicy from traffic so I didn't get much sleep. Sometimes I woke up and thought I had a motorbike in my room. I had booked a stay for 5 nights, but after 1 night I decided to move. So after one more painful night I checked out from this hotel and will NEVER return again.

Stopped here a few times, mainly because my Thai in-laws love the place, only because it is so close to the airport. Every visit something was wrong!! Not exactly the cheapest accommodation either.The toilet would not flush in one room, the taps at the bathroom sink turned with the handles in another room. We could not sleep because of the road noise (we were on the 5th floor!) in another room. The wi-fi was non-existent in one room.There was no hot water in another room. Every room the shower trays filled up with soapy water and was very slippery; dangerous in fact. The breakfast was OK for me, nothing flash. Toast, jam, juice, tea, coffee, milo, all the basics. Not real sure why people were climbing through the window to get here though. One lady I saw scraped all the brown off her toast, so that is was just white!!?? (Something to do with Thais believing that toast causes cancer I was told). Loved the sign beside the toaster that actually worked (the other one was broken on every visit and was just sitting there collecting dust). No cancer from that one! Words to this effect: ”Please do not put butter and jam on bread before placing in toaster.” At least the beer from reception 'fridge was cheaper than most shops. Nice and cold too. Gotta love it!

Stayed 3 nights at Kiri Chiang Mai. The hotel is located within the Old City, about 5 mins walk to the famous Tha Pae Gate. It is also within walking distance to Wat Chedi Luang, the 3 Kings Statues, the Sunday Market and some other shrines and temples. The hotel has a very small room inventory so it is advisable to book early. All rooms are facing the rectangular swimming pool and it is a pretty sight to look at. The hotel is designed centric, cool and chic. It is inclined towards the clean line, black & white and minimalist design concept. The room is nicely decorated, not luxurious but functional and with some stylish elements such as the motif floor tiles and cement screeded ceilings. The bathroom is spacious, comprises only standing shower and WC. The glass panel can be shielded just by pressing a button. Pretty cool. The wash basin is located outside the bathroom, next to the open concept hanging wardrobe. The breakfast is charged at 250 Baht per person. Simple, adequate, value for money for the price that you paid for. It is an a la carte buffet and you can order as many as you wish. Nothing extravagant so do manage your expectations accordingly. The hotel is slightly more expensive than most of their competitors but it is still reasonably priced so if you are looking for a designed centric hotel with a pool, this is it!

It was a guest house, but there was a large room with a private bath (shower, toilet) in the room. There are shampoo, body soap, bath towel, dryer, 500 ml water 2 books / day, refrigerator, hot water pot. The bathroom is often made in the guest house, and the water pressure of the shower is gentle. However, the room is well cleaned with the shared part, and the interior of the rooms and corridors is very fashionable. There is no elevator, stairs, and the receptionist who serves as the counter of the travel company is not a 24 hour system, so I felt a little inconvenience, but it is a nice interior surrounded by shared space and I liked the rooms and it was an inn that I wanted to stay again.

I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo trip and because it wasn’t my first time to the city, I was rather specific about where I wanted to stay, and I chose this hotel for its location in old town near to the many cafés I had wanted to visit. First app - the service. It was amazing! I was scheduled to arrive at 10pm and although the late check in procedure was originally a personal email on unlocking various locks to get the room as the lobby that connects to the bar was closed, after I responded, they actually said they will have someone to wait for me at the reception to help me with my check in. Already a very positive note even before I arrive! Check in was swift and the room was exactly like shown. Its not a style for all, but I love it. Its simple, classically modern and functional. My only gripe is that there are not enough power points near the main bed (or you will Need a longer wire) so you really have to charge your phones at the TV Consol (with my short wire) which means that you don’t get to have your phone right besides your bed. The bed is Asian style firm so if you like it cushy, then its not for you. The pillows were also not that ok, even though with 4, its not the firm kind so i did have trouble sleeping. But if you like fluffy kind, these are your heaven. The bathroom had all the amenities needed - toothbrush, cotton, et al., but no mouthwash, so bring your own. There is also handwash next to sink and a good hair dryer provided. Shower pressure was surprisingly good and the wall mounted heater means u can tune the hot water manually to your liking. The location is superb as its near Thae Pae gate and You can really explore the old Town easily within walking distance from this location. The hotel also has a coffee bar with very cool drinks.

I booked this hotel for a colleague last year and said that the price-performance ratio is good, the service is good, and the courtesy. The living room of the poolside room and the room partition meeting seem to be small, that does not matter. The breakfast is rich and you can choose 7 kinds of freshly made, the horse kills the chicken at the door It's cheaper. 7-11, various restaurants, Thapae Gate, weekend night markets, and markets are all nearby. The hotel is conveniently located on the east side of the ancient city. Manning Road is on the west side of the ancient city. It takes about 20 minutes to walk.

Another awesome stay at Minicost apartment and guesthouse. Centrally located near Tha Pae gate and in a quiet soi this place is brilliant. I was walking around with another backpacker after we checked straight out of our original hostel due to it being well below par.  wed just got of the sleeper train and searched chiangmai walking with heavy backpacks long story short we found this place and its perfect, 3 min walk from all thw nightlife but also cant hear anything from hostel  dorm was really clean so was toilet shower, worth mentioning the shower is one of those that are in the same room as toilet and it was pretty small so toilet would get wet. (private shower/toilet for dorm room) also we were on 4th floor with no lift, but thats no really a big deal. worth mentioning their are no lockers in thw room, however there are small lockers downstairs you can rent for 20baht a day. they give you a key but you can also add your own padlock to the latch private parking for bikes in the courtyard check in lady was very nice  may be worthy to know this is a basic hostel for a bed, not social or any sort of vibe at all good place if you just want quality sleep amd to unwind yourself

What a surprise! I am hesitant to read the pictures😔 It’s actually super awesome and has just been refurbished! It's not the same as the picture. The beds and bedding towels are all new. It saves a lot of transportation costs two steps away from Thapae Gate. The breakfast is also great! All in all, it's great value!
