整體很滿意，房間很乾凈。空調製暖效果還行，能到20度，淋浴有點不好使，自己折騰了一下，將就用。家常菜，味道還不錯。
贈送的彩色森林公園門票不能領飼料，這點不滿意。

衞生不錯，環境處於鄉村，非常安靜。空氣好，遠離城鎮，不嘈雜。
服務不能説沒有，聊勝於無。尤其不提供除了房間的2瓶外的免費礦泉水，不符合酒店常規。
並且對於300.400多的標間來説，價格與服務，價格與配置很不相符！
早餐非常非常非常非常非常少，麪條都沒有，僅僅僅僅衹有稀飯，饅頭，泡菜，雞蛋，價格與之極度不匹配！

人少景美，酒店設施較好，衞生做的特別好，服務態度也很熱情。周邊的彩林以及動物投喂等項目也很好玩，是週末或遊玩一兩天的理想選擇。

酒店在彩色森林景區裏面，山上空氣好景色美，酒店周邊環境非常好，很適合休閑度假，酒店的衞生設施也很不錯服務員非常熱情。我們是錯峯出遊選擇的平常時間週二去的，可能是疫情的原因幾乎是包場玩了，從重慶主城出發開車1個半小時就到，一個標間有兩張動物園門票可換餵動物的食物，小朋友玩得很開心，與景區裏的吉尼斯世界紀錄3D畫拍出的照片很有意思。

酒店環境好，真是在雲山之間，漫步林間，入眼皆是景，除了自然風景，巖壁上的3D畫亦是讓人沉浸其中，各種賞心悦目。酒店服務好，熱情周到。
