經常來璧山都住玉湖大酒店，每次都感受到他們的温馨服務，特別是張經理（女）對待我們長者像春天般的温暖，等我們辦理完入住手續進入房間，房間乾淨、衞生、整潔，打掃清潔阿姨也非常熱情，在説説酒店餐廳吧，菜品多、分量足，怪不得那麼多人搞活動都來玉湖大酒店，全5分！

總體來説，性價比較高。衞生乾淨。酒店位置不錯，靠近雲軌站（銜接地鐵、高鐵），但又安靜。早餐一般，但這個價位，也可以了。衹是衞生間花灑、噴頭不好，建議改善。

房間空間面積很大，衞生也不錯乾淨，有免費的早餐，最主要出行方便，門前就是雲巴站，去輕軌站、高鐵站都非常方便。小楊很有耐心的幫我開發票。體驗很好。

春節期間，預訂四晚兩間標間和一間大床房，出門時兩次提醒前台換濕毛巾和飲用瓶裝礦泉水，晚上歸來時均沒有換。最後一晚回到酒店，發現垃圾居然被放在洗漱台裏面，酒店工作人員也來清理了。隔音效果差，旁邊打麻將的聲音影響休息。雖然過年期間客人多，但這樣的工作態度簡直不敢想象會把酒店的毛巾拿來做什麼？？請需要預訂的小夥伴慎重考慮！
