酒店位置很難找 不明白為什麼 白天的時候一個很小的酒店名牌要放在大堂裏面 從外面路過根本看不見 晚上的時候才會推出來
酒店離地鐵很近 附近吃飯比較方便 房間設施還不錯 達到了標準 但是電梯衹有一部 和公寓共用的 要等很長很長時間
前台員工沒有統一着裝 都是穿自己的衣服 分不清哪個是前台哪個是客人。
入住房間之後，電視沒法看，網絡也沒有，打電話叫來所謂的客房服務員 服務員叫來了兩個滿身是土的維修人員 然後自己就走了 維修師傅鼓搗半天也沒弄明白 我打電話給前台要求換房間 然後又是無盡的等待 大概20分鐘 在第二次催促後前台小妹妹拿着房卡上來了説實話 這點服務分都是給這個前台小妹妹的 很可愛 一個勁的道歉和解釋 雖然解釋的理由是漏洞百出的 但是一個小妹妹還態度這麼好 也就接受了
酒店前台可以説是借用這個公寓的 或者説根本就沒有前台 退房時候前台居然沒有人 回頭一看幾個人坐那邊聊天呢
真的是枉費了房間還可以的設施 服務人員的服務意識亟待提升
對這個酒店很失望

因為是春節期間，酒店不太好選，最終選擇這家主要是看中了出門就不遠就有地鐵站，而且停車方便，雖然是開車去的，但是沒敢挑戰8D魔幻都市的交通，所以酒店附近有地鐵站要方便很多。酒店位置離鬧市區略遠，但勝在安靜，早晨起床打開窗簾，外面的風景也不錯。房間內設施很新，唯有一樣必須吐槽，就是洗澡的時候突然沒有熱水了，打電話到前台詢問，説是熱水器跳閘，需要等。還好前台的工作人員積極解決問題，在滿房的情況下把工作間借出來讓我先把自己洗乾淨。

和家人出來玩，看了好多家酒店，最後選擇了這家，價格也很優惠，酒店全新裝修的，現代化風格家人太愛了，床上用品超級棒，還是金可兒床墊，交通也非常方便，出門走2分鐘就是地鐵站，去紅巖洞好方便。馬路對面就是商業街，吃的也超級多，旁邊還有重慶非常出名的鎮三關火鍋館。前台員工好熱情，一進門就熱情接待我們，為我們推薦周邊好吃的、好玩的，強烈推薦這家酒店。
