Hotel room was really big and clean. Except for the lack of fridge, amenities were great! There was a free laundry service and 2 litres of free water. When we opted to extend our stay by one night, the process was very seamless as they allocated us another room on the same floor, without us having to check out and in again.

Facilities: The lady at the front desk upgraded me to a room. The room is quite large and the air conditioning is very powerful. It's not cold at all.
Hygiene: The cleaning is good and there is no smell.
