The service awareness and attitude need to be improved. The quality of the front desk reception is not up to 4A. There are only two elevators. I went downstairs at 10 o'clock in the morning and waited for four elevators. It was full and I couldn't get into the elevator. This is a flaw in the hotel facilities. The elevator into the parking lot is blocked by the hotel's bucket for washing bed sheets and quilt covers. There is also a parking space designed, and you need to move around to get your luggage.

Overall it's OK, but the price is too high, it doesn't match the price. This price can be used to open a five-star hotel. It's inflated, and Ctrip really takes advantage of the familiarity. First time staying here, booked 2 superior business rooms for 2 nights The room is quite big, but the equipment is old. But the biggest problem is the air conditioner. After changing to another room, it cooled faster but the wind noise was still quite loud, and I found that the return air vent was not closed properly. The breakfast is quite rich. In general, the equipment maintenance of an old four-star hotel at this price is really a problem!

Although it is a bit old and the facilities are worn out, it proves the convenience of a 4-star hotel in every way. Breakfast is great. Service at the front desk and luggage storage is also good. The room is spacious and the bathroom is also spacious. Transportation is convenient as the subway is 10 minutes away. But, just one! One thing to point out is that it is very difficult to take the elevator in the morning when many customers go down to the second floor restaurant and the first floor. Sometimes you have to wait more than 10 minutes. It will be difficult to install additional elevators, so I think it would be helpful to post a notice saying that it is faster for customers who go down to the second floor restaurant without luggage to walk down the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator, and to put up signs leading to the stairs.
