Best New Taipei City Hotels

The lady at the check-in counter at about 1700 that afternoon asked me kindly. I could upgrade to a double bed + large bathtub for an additional 100 yuan (originally booking online with Trip for 938 yuan). The total was 1038 yuan including 2 breakfasts. The price was affordable and acceptable. Suggest improvements to key issues 1. The black sofa is suspected to have stray hairs and dust 2. There are no sockets on the left and right sides of the bed, and the nearest one is longer than the average charging cable. 3. The air conditioner was running so loudly that I couldn’t sleep all night💣 4. It is recommended to provide disposable environmentally friendly slippers (reusable rubber slippers are provided on site)

The hotel is hygienic and has a good environment, with a space near the service desk where guests can eat freely, but the light is slightly dim and uncomfortable. Hotel service politeness is average, for example, in my sprinkler confirmation, it states that the return is at 12 noon, but at 11 am, my room phone rang, a male hotel attendant informed me that I returned the goods at 11 am, and I asked back if it was not returned at 12 noon room, he replied in a very bad tone, our colleagues did not prompt you. I just answered no question, he immediately responded that a waiter would come to the room to clean up later. When I went to the service desk to check out and saw a male young waiter, after I took out the hotel confirmation to show him, he took a picture and said the reaction to the company, nothing else to say, really disappointed me

The equipment service is very good, is it too late to enter the room? I can only enter the room at 6 o'clock and I can't enter it after 5 o'clock? It's not that I would rather spend half an hour to find a nearby one with less than half an hour of booking.

The location is too far from the center of Taipei, but taking the MRT requires multiple transfers to get out of the city center. The location is quiet and there are few restaurants nearby. But the room is quite neat and clean, with enough space! The only drawback is the ”breakfast”. There is no knife provided, and there are very few Western food choices. There is no bacon or burgers, and most of them are Chinese buns.

Room had smoking smell and 9th floor had a great view of the lake but the room could be cleaner. Maybe fresh paint won’t hurt and clean the moldy area in bathroom, change light bulb would be nice, missing one in bathroom, elevator was out of service so had to carry luggage to first floor. Our 5th fl room two days ago was so much newer and cleaner. Not sure what happened. Shame!

Room was big. Breakfast was just alright. Didn't like the fact that they do not have actual butter for toast. Staff service for the first night was ridiculous, looked like he didn't want to be there and overall interaction was just odd. One of our room's ac wasn't working properly, they couldnt provide any solutions other than asking us to sleep and wait for tomorrow. We asked for a fan but he said they can only provide for it tomorrow. But they sort of fixed the ac the next day, so it's alright.

Room is quite large than expect, the hotel has onsen and fitness room but it open at 2 pm which is a little bit weird for people who want to exercise in the morning, some amenities have to ask in the front desk. But over all is ok. The price for new year period is ridiculous expensive even the hotel is very far from the city, anyway you can get the bus in front the hotel and there is 7-11 next to.

Sleeping at night has always been strange sound, TV occasionally will make strange sound, toilet paper is a few pieces of the lost (no replacement feeling) sound insulation is not very good, double beds for two single bed frames with double mattresses. Good health, no bathtub has an immune toilet, toothbrush is easy to use (the hair is very soft).

Very comfortable. Right next to Nanshi Creek. You can see the stream flowing when you look down. The room is large and the air conditioning can be adjusted at will. Tatami style with back-view bed. The public pool is clean and equipped with a hair dryer. Breakfast can also include porridge and bread. I noted that it was to celebrate the anniversary and I was given a bottle of wine. Thank you.
