The breakfast was good, the fried chicken was very delicious, the curry with nasi lemak was great, but there were not many kinds of vegetables and fruits. The parking lot is free, but there are not many cars, the service is very good, check in and check out have parking handles to help carry your luggage and then take you from the room to your parking location. Without TV, the telephone signal and network signal are not very good. The forest is here to cut off from the world.

Mula dari welcome drinks. Checkin-in yang smooth, terus dapat kunci.
1st day terus pegi mandi swimming pool, as our kids nak sangat2 pegi mandi terus. Level 3, infinity pool. Manakala kids pool at lvl 1.
Senang ke private beach. Bersih! Cantik! Sementara menunggu malam, kami beli jajan lokcing di hujung pantai (penjual melayu).
Bath tub sangat spacious!
Our room memang requested SEAVIEW. Luas pulak tu.
Malam keluar makan, ke restoran steamboat Mr.Boat.
Hari kedua, breakfast memandangkan kami 2 adult, we purchased for additional 3kids breakfast. (30perkid)
MashaAllah, dari western,Mediterranean & malay cuisine pun ada. Kids section for food pun ada. Drinks from coffee to booster drinks memang tip top.

It is very difficult to find. Generally, the hotel will contact you to pick it up after booking. Otherwise, you will find it for a long time. There is no signal on the mountain, and the hotel Wi-Fi is sufficient.
The environment is okay. It was really gloomy at night. The wooden door of the toilet suddenly opened several times in the middle of the night. It really scared me so much that I couldn't sleep well all night. In fact, it should be caused by the loose wood. Very friendly. One thing to say, hygiene needs to be strengthened very much.

Basically the overall is good. The hotel is very convenient with restaurants surrounding and market at walking distance. But the wifi is very terrible and no signal for tv. So, for business trip that need to wifi is not very good to stay.

Facilities complete, in room dining very tasty & fast delivery, breakfast was top notch so many choices & delicious. Check in was smooth & we got our room on 2pm, & check out is before 12 noon even stated at 11am. But must have permission from staff ! My kids are happy, we are happy ! Thank you lexis 🥰

Had to reach out via phone call. Also booking through Trip.com, the allocation of the room is quite bad.
The only allocate the room on the lower floor and facing the road. Not friendly for business traveler like me.

EEzralDecent place to stay. The location is strategic as it is located near Penang International Airport. It’s very convenient, with a free airport shuttle provided, though I haven’t tried their service yet. The lobby smells so nice, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. There’s a swimming pool, which is great if you have kids. However, if you get a lower floor or a room next to the pool, you might hear the kids screaming while enjoying the pool. If you’re here to rest, I recommend requesting a higher-floor room. All in all, I would stay here again since I occasionally catch early morning flights from Penang.

The facilities are similar to a 3 star hotel. It offers a very good value for money.
Large, comfortable room with satisfactory WiFi connectivity for simple browsing.
Walking distance to Giant Supermarket, Umar Alkhatab Mosque, and eateries, including nasi kadar Pelita.
Public (paid) parking lots are available on the streets around the hotel.

JJaycee JjHi . Newly open hotel , i think this one also room for rent monthly . Need to call staff when arriving and got public parking as well. Not a very convenience place but for the price and the cleanliness, is very high recommended. They only provide u soap, so u need to bring your amenities like toothbrush . The towel is for kids size but since I’m travelling w my mom then no issues . Very could and nice place for a short stay. Below at morning time got the nasi lemak viral for rm1, and the green thai tea also very delicious .
