Very affordable prices, the room is spacious, but there is no closet or shelves where you can put things. There is quite a large parking lot. Breakfast on the street. Hot water for drinks, etc. can be poured around the clock. Stable Wi-Fi.
The downside is a pack of dogs in the parking lot. They behave aggressively at first.

This place was about the best location located near the river. Parking within the compound was a bit tight but ample. Room was decent with clean bed sheets and pillow cases. Air con was old and a bit noisy but cold enough. We got a big king size bed and quite happy with it. Bathroom was a bit cramp but quite clean. No complains here. Breakfast was simple, with rice porridge and hardboiled eggs, and slice bread with strawberry jam and margarine. No butter. And make your own coffee.

As with Monday's check-in, the primary school opposite 7:55 will raise the flag and sing, and the event will be 30 minutes! You will give up sleeping and get up directly.
I changed a room, the electric water heater only hot for a second, the house is cold at night, girls can't stand almost cold water!

GGuest UserGood location within walking distance to the night market and other beautiful temples. There are many shops selling food, cafes, and 7-11 as well. The bus terminal is less than 10-minutes' ride away. The lodging has a rustic feel to it and is very peaceful. Shower gel and shampoo are provided. The staff is very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel and room were excellent. My room was large and comfortable, stylish and the hotel has great art around. My only disappointment was breakfast which for a vegetarian was an over-runny white egg on commercial white toast. The hotel kindly refunded me the 50 baht. With a better breakfast- fresh coffee, fruit,good bread, maybe muesli and yoghurt this would be much better.

GGuest UserLocation on the outskirts of nan, minimum of30 mins walk to the centre of Nan, ideal if you have a car or scooter.and want somewhere clean and safe to stay, motel style. Staff efficient. Hotel is very clean, and functional. Plenty of restaurants located around the hotel, including good food hall.

โโอริฮิเมะThe room is clean and very fragrant, soft bed, bicycle rental service, there is a noodle, dessert, coffee, tea, drinks to eat all the time, there is an iron, a lot of power sockets in the room, like a hair dryer, TV, a water heater, works well. The disadvantage is that the curtains do not keep light. At night, the room is not completely dim. Recommend to have eye masks and rooms. not very soundproof

AArmy_ppIt's a brand new hotel, very clean. The bathroom is clean and spacious, with shower gel and shampoo. What I like the most is that there's a hair dryer in the bathroom, with very strong wind. You can adjust the heat and cold. I really like it. If I go to Nan again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserNice hotel. Room was nice and spacious, and I really enjoyed the breakfast which isn’t easy when there seemed to be only two rooms booked - appreciated that. However as we and the other guests where the only two there, why do we have to be be placed directly opposite each other? Every other room was available. I would have prepared a room not looking or listening to the tenants loud boombox! I didn’t like it it understand it.

Told them that I had booked already, 3 rooms.
She then took 500baht per room as deposit and another 100baht for 3 keys.
So In total I gave her 1800baht.
Turns out to be just a small communications problem.
Allsorted out in the morning.
Rooms ard very basic but very good value gor the price.
It would have been much cheaper to have just gone to the hotel directly, and I had a new customer discount aswell.

UUncle PatAwesome place. Staff extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me with my BBQ cravings. The swimming pool is beyond amazing. Water is so warm it almost feels like a bath. Wonderful. I could barely drag myself out of there. Room was large, very clean but had a slight smell. Not sure if it was disinfectant or what. But it wasn't overpowering. Room has mini fridge and safe. AC is nice and quiet. Various temples are just a few minutes away on the scooter. Aside from on-site beers and sodas, all the essentials are available at various local shops not too far away.

GGuest UserVery nice room in a pleasant garden. The staff were friendly, the place was clean but it is on the edge of town. I walked into town and it took 45 minutes. But mostly I used motorcycle taxis. The shower was lukewarm. Breakfast on the first day was delicious but on the second when it was a buffet was unbeatable. There was no swimming pool. But it is good value

PPaewThis is a small, but very new and clean hostel with nice shared spaces; dinning table, living room and kitchen. The hostel also offered free bicycles, snacks, breads, Coway drinking water, and instant noodles in the shared kitchen. All electrical appliances and kitchenware in the kitchen are new and trendy. Very comfy bed and TV/internet, etc.
Disadvantage sides; it is quite stuffy inside the bathroom because no exhaust fan. Your health should be in good condition because there is no elevator. The magnified mirror provided, but no dressing table.
