The hotel is in a nice location, lots of things near by. Be aware of following things : - u can’t get early checkin because their staff starts working after 10am and it takes like 3 hours to clean . So that’s a no . - their hallways are actually quite dirty . Which was not pleasant to see . - overall design of hotel is quite modern but again the dirty carpets were just bad to see .

Breakfast is not included by default, can be a single breakfast, no buffet. Check in for dozens of knife destination fee, can include 50 knife credit for the service, thirty-five knife credit for the meal quota, can not be used in the paradise bar or mini bar. I was in this hotel for 2 nights with friends, I found this place very clean and quiet, very central to shop, nice restaurants and bars in the area. Very nice Hotel and nice staff. The only thing I didn't like was that I made a reservation with the concierge Sabina to go to the airport in a Taxi and in the morning instead of a yellow cab a random black SUV pick me up and charged me $85 to the airport, something that It seems excessive, very expensive, considering that I paid only $43 from the airport to the hotel when I get to Miami

Great hotel, we stayed here before catching our cruise. Lovely rooftop area and very clean throughout. Only criticisms (which I hope can be easily rectified) - 1. Staff were unnecessarily slow at the rooftop bar serving drinks 2. The touch screen on the gym monitors didn’t seem to work properly, one of the running machines also played up

Amazing hotel. Affordable. Would totally comeback again anytime soon. I recommend it 100%. Pool is impressive and gym it’s amazing. Location is good you’re close to everything. Walking distance from bars and rests.

Stayed here 2 nights post cruise and we simply loved it--5 min walk from the beautiful Brickell shopping center. The best part of this hotel is the pool area without a doubt--its stunning with great service and a gorgeous pool where children are most welcome. The main lobby bar is a slight let down for us and looks a little dated but still nice. Rooms again are nice but in comparison with other 5 star properties in Miami are showing signs of age. Breakfast however in Le Mar is spectacular with simply beautiful food and if you eat outdoors the views are magnificent.

Stayed for three nights in a row. On the first night, I caught a cold due to water leaking from the shower faucet. Ctrip promptly solved the problem and changed my room the next day. The location is in the city center. There is a big supermarket opposite and it is convenient to go anywhere.

The hotel is average. My room can only see one corner of the sea. The building next door is super noisy and slightly disappointed. hskp is good. I forgot to put a tip on the first night, but there is nothing missing in the room. According to American habit, there is no tip. The room supplies are 100% less, but it is not here. I made up the tip, thank him for not bringing me the same because of my mistake

The hotel has a lot of guests and the swimming pool is very small. The location is close to the bus terminal and the Metromover in downtown. The mover is free. You can take the mover to travel to different attractions. They are all not far away, which is relatively convenient. Taking the subway is also an option, but the trains run every 30 minutes, so you can take it if you're not in a hurry. What is worth recommending is the Science Museum. If you have children, you can take them to visit it for a whole day. It is very worth visiting. Miami is a tourist area, and eating out at any time is expensive. Self-driving parking is also expensive, so be prepared to burn money.

Easy shuttle from the airport. The automated Hilton Honors pre check-in worked well so we headed straight up to our but on arrival we discovered our room was next to a very noisy elevator and every time it passed by it made a loud metallic rattling noise on the wall next to the bed. We called reception and eventually got an answer. They said they would call back to let us know if they had another room but after 30 minutes did not call back. I went down and joined the reception queue and then eventually did get a room away from the elevators. The reception said they were aware of the noise issue. We decided to go for a cocktail before retiring (they had ”Havana Night” specials?) and it was the weakest and most tasteless cocktail on record. Other than that the room was comfortable and quiet.
