Baymont by Wyndham Clarksville

Check in went smoothly The room was clean but in need of renovation. Breakfast was just okay, the scrambled eggs patties were dry and the briskets were like hockey pucks.

The property looked updated in the lobby and the room. I noticed New tile, paint and an updated bathroom vanity and shower. The sofa in the room was very worn and should be replaced to complete the updated look.

Staff was exceptionally personable! Friendly, and very helpful with driving directions. It was appreciated!

Entering the property from the main road was both confusing and extremely dangerous, especially after dark. I inquired about this and was told road work changed the entry location. Signage was confusing, entry was poorly lit and required a virtual leap of faith when crossing the highway into the parking area. I consider myself to be an excellent driver but felt completly helpless navigating this dreadful location. I hope to never have to ecperience this again. Trust me, I am not exagerating one bit.

We had requested a non smoking room but were given a smoking room. Upon calling the front desk, she promptly changed our room, thank you! Great breakfast!!

The property is a bit older but good value for the money. The means to use the bathroom shower is tricky and should have been explained. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast host very helpful.

Front desk attendant super nice and very helpful. Bed was comfortable, shower was wonderful. Immaculate. "Always on" fan option is available and is always appreciated for white noise. Very nice stay.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and each time I am impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep along with friendliness of staff. It reminds me of a family run business where people really care. It isn’t new and modern but the best value I have found in this area.
