Wonderful. The breakfast were excellent. Lots of room, but the shower head were too small of water to take a quick shower. Takes forever to clean up all the soap.

My first room did not have a phone 314 then they switched us over to 316 and the bed had fleas both beds. My daughter and I both got bit. I’m not a happy camper. I was told I was not gonna have to pay for this night. I am still waiting to see all they have sent me is a receipt showing that I owe nothing of course not I paid for it.

I love staying here it’s like home away from home it’s safe and quiet and ever that work here is real nice

When i arrived at the property, the desk person said there had been a "glitch" in the system and they didn't have a room for me and i would need to stay at their sister hotel next door. I told them i didn't believe it was a glitch, they probably just overbooked. I did not want to stay next door. I specifically bookend Home2 because that is where I'm comfortably staying. The hotel next door did not meet my standards and i was incredibly put out and disappointed. Fortunately it was only for one night, otherwise i would have canceled the entire stay.

Arrived several hours after check-in, still had to wait 30 minutes for room to be cleaned. Promised 24 hour hot coffee-it was cold at 5:00 am. Disappointing as we were leaving for an early flight.

The road closure made getting to the hotel slightly confusing since I had to drive thrive the parking lot of another hotel, but we figured it out.

The stay was far above what I expected. The room was great and comfortable. More amenities than I expected. Breakfast was good. Overall good atmosphere. Will definitely be staying there again

The property was clean, friendly staff, and many stores/restaurants available in close proximity.

Moved to this hotel from a neighboring hotel for a couple of nights because i was hoping for more comfortable beds. They were slightly better but not much. Was also surprised to come back at the end of the day and they had never come in to give new towels etc. Otherwise, the room was spacious enough for me and my 3 teen/ young adult daughters and the kitchen is a bonus!
