Facilities: The room facilities are relatively new and include an electric kettle. Hygiene: The hygiene is good. Environment: The overall environment is excellent. It's less than an 8-minute walk from the station. From my high-floor room, I could see the top of the church. It's also a very short walk to the church, about 5-10 minutes. Service: The overall service is good, and the staff are very patient. There are a few steps from the lobby to the elevators, but there's a small lift available to help with luggage, which is a very thoughtful touch.

Don’t stay here in summer it’s absolute hell. It doesn’t have any working air con regardless of what they say and the room is 28-30c at night! The hotel owners need to spend a few million euros overhauling the entire system and it’s obvious they won’t ever do that Sadly because of this the front desk staff bare the brunt of complaints therefore creating a toxic work environment the room itself is nice but sadly would never book again during summer months

The hotel has a great location, not far from various attractions, and close to lively areas but without any noise or crowds. The building and decor are classic and tasteful, the rooms are beautiful, and there is also a sauna and gym. Every hotel staff member is very friendly and helpful in solving your problems. The parking lot is in the basement and there is plenty of space.

The location is perfect, only few minutes walk from the central station. The staff was also nice and friendly, enough support. And there is dryer available, which was nice. But overall, the room and corridor looks really like a prison or hospital, not at all giving the vibe of holiday stay... Luggage storage was available for free! we can store luggage until 11pm on the day of check out. There was no kitchen. There is locker OUTSIDE the room, which is so weird. We need to use our own padlock to lock the locker but most of them were occupied or not working (broken). Even with the padlock, it could be open easily so I did not use the locker. It seemed there is not enough number of lockers available compared to the number of the rooms and beds, at least lockers that are not broken. There is no curtain no privacy, even is a mixed gender room. It really feeled like a jail or something. The bedside light is too bright so that if one of us turn it on, the whole room could be bright enough, which is ridiculous. Also the sound proof was terrible that we can hear people outside singing, screaming and DJ-ing midnight, even with our windows and curtains closed. The sound of closing the door was so loud and the door seemed half broken. Also we could hear people talking in the corridor. The shower and toilet were also outside the room and they smelled so bad. Did not feel clean.

The location is great, close to everything. Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside is no on site parking. We dropped off our luggage and had to find a parking lot in the city and walk back to the hotel. Apart from that everything was excellent 👌

Very wonderful hotel with individual character. Our room was wonderful and tastefully furnished. All rooms have a theme of our theme “Home” The service was nice and friendly The location is central in Cologne and yet quiet. What you want more. Ideal suitable for City Tours. Unfortunately, the reception is located in 1.Stock for construction reasons. Breakfast is not available in the hotel. You need to fit yourself accordingly. Come back

A charming, modern, small hotel, located just a 10-minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the promenade, right in the heart of the old town. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and housekeeping is provided daily. They even cleaned the room on our departure day before we checked out. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens and towels are spotless and white. I honestly couldn't find any downsides; the staff were incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel and plan to visit again soon. Plus points include free bottled water, luggage storage, and a refrigerator. The air conditioning also works perfectly.

Located at very strategic location. Walking distance to the main tourist attraction. Many food choices are nearby. The hotel also provides free pastry and coffee in the morning. Only downside, we only realise there is a 50% discount with selected parking garage after parked our car and checked in. This is important information that should be mentioned on the website.

The hotel was in a great location, right by the cathedral and close to the shopping district and mainline train station. The room was big, spacious and clean. However unfortunately at the moment there is a lot of construction work happening behind the hotel where our room was and it was very hard to sleep with such loud noises from 7am we also had to leave the windows open as it was very warm and there was no air conditioning in the room which also didnt help. There was a free coffee machine available to make hot drinks in the lobby to take to the room however it wasnt always working when we needed it. Otherwise good value hotel.

The location, the receptionist's service, and the room furniture were all wonderful, but the cleanliness was disappointing. If they outsource cleaning, I think they should change it for the sake of the hotel's reputation. Everything else was great, so it was disappointing and a shame that the room was barely cleaned. Specifically, - There were socks on the closet shelf, likely left behind by a previous guest. - There was hair and dust on the floor, with no signs of vacuuming. - Dust accumulated on the windowsill. - Food crumbs scattered on the desk. - Used coffee cartridges in the coffee machine. - A blanket that was clearly used was stuffed in the closet. I went to the front desk to return the socks that were in my room and explained that my room wasn't cleaned properly. I was told I could either be moved to another room or wait for cleaning service the next morning. As we arrived after 8pm, we thought it was unavoidable that we wouldn't be able to receive cleaning service on the same day, so we moved to another room, but it was also not properly cleaned and was a size smaller, so we ended up staying in the original room we were shown and waiting for cleaning service the next morning. As we were planning to stay for two nights, we left the room to go sightseeing hoping that it would be cleaned the next day, but all that was replaced was the towels for the bath mat. To be honest, we were disappointed, considering we paid a by no means cheap price for the stay.
