What made our stay good was a person. Her name is Shiela. She was the front desk person, and was super busy, but went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. She got us two chairs because there were none in the room, brought us dishes even though she was slammed with people checking in, and in short, seemed to really care about our stay (unlike other Extended Stays we have visited).
The maintenance in the room was poor (broken drawer, shelf without brace, etc.), and the cleanliness so- so (they were shorthanded that day, so perhaps that was the reason), but Sheila was amazing. Kudos to her!!!
