"The hotel's location in the center of Cairo is fantastic and the property itself has a lot of potential. On top of that, every single staff member was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Unfortunately, the stay was let down by some frustrating technical issues. There were frequent problems with the hot water supply, and the elevator was unreliable, luckily, the stairs were an option. I was also surprised to find no water available in the kitchen. If you're planning to stay here, don't forget to pack your own slippers, because they aren't provided."

"The hotel is ideally located between the Ritz-Carlton and the Intercontinental. From our room, we had a great view of the Nile River. We stayed in a suite, which was equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. The hotel owner was incredibly kind and even picked us up late at night. The Egyptian Museum is also within walking distance from the hotel."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! We only booked it for an overnight stay before leaving, so I didn't have high expectations for the price. Turns out, it was my favorite hotel during our entire trip to Egypt, even more comfortable than the Sheraton we stayed at in Cairo and the Hilton in the Red Sea! The room had a small living area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils. For a Sichuanese person who'd been traveling around Egypt for over ten days and whose palate was totally bored, being able to watch Mango TV shows and cook a delicious hotpot in the room was simply perfect! The beds were clean and comfortable, and the service was even better! I wasn't expecting much service for this price point, but the staff member went up and down five or six times, helping us get bowls and plates, fixing the window lock, and adding an extra bed. Five stars, absolutely deserved!"

"Overall, I was quite satisfied, but there were no signs at the entrance, making it difficult to find on my first day. I walked around several times before finally getting directions. The surrounding area is lively, with many places to eat and drink late at night, and locals shopping there. However, it's also very crowded with tourists, with tour buses constantly passing by. It's close to the metro, which has signs and transfer information, and there's a women-only carriage, making travel convenient and worth experiencing the local way of life. The hotel room was a bit small; it was fine for one person, but for two, I recommend choosing a slightly larger room with a sofa or balcony. The window in the room I received was almost impossible to open, and the view was unpleasant, but because it was very hot and the air conditioning was on, there was no need to open the window. However, there are pros and cons. Since the room wasn't facing the street and didn't require opening the window, it was very quiet. I visited other rooms while they were cleaning, including one with a balcony, but it seemed quite noisy due to the constant traffic (Egyptian drivers love to honk their horns). People who are light sleepers should consider this or make a note of it. I'm checking into another Brassbell branch nearby in a couple of days. My hotel neighbor is a regular there, and she said this is the best in the entire range. However, when I passed by, I noticed the other branch seemed to be newly renovated. I'm looking forward to it and hope my experience will be different from hers. Also, I recommend local food delivery apps. There are many good restaurants nearby, but I can't understand the menus in person, and I don't know how to order in Arabic (I can't understand the English in very local restaurants, although those catering to foreigners speak better English). Food delivery apps have pictures and translations, so you can choose at your leisure. Just take the elevator downstairs to pick up your delivery; there are no signs in the hotel, and delivery drivers might miss it. Local food delivery is reliable; I've ordered from them four or five times and haven't had a single bad experience!"

"This is the first time I write a good review. The room is very, very big. They helped me upgrade the room type. The hygiene is very good. The room includes a washing machine, living room, cloakroom, etc. It is very good. The manager is very good and very caring throughout the whole process. I arrived at the airport at 1:30 pm during my transit in Cairo. They also provided free airport pick-up service and paid for my Uber to the airport the next day. It is really good. Compared with the old Cairo, the new Cairo is very safe, with fewer people and more rich people. It is also more friendly to Chinese people. I highly recommend it."
