Short stay but no problems checking in. Nothing fancy but clean and modern. No iron or ironing board in the room was my only inconvenience.

Great value! Great location for proximity to downtown Corvallis and to OSU campus. Clean. Thoughtfully appointed. Not luxurious, but trendy and very nice for the price.

The Heating unit was adequate. The was spacious.
The traffic's headlights coming in the kitchenette window all evening and night was bad.
The shower took 5 minutes to get hot water. And then it cycled hot and cold until the end.

Everything went well, except for the discount at Tonys, the nearby restaurant. The coffee was really bad and we ended up paying $5 for each coffee

Smoke alarm was beeping intermittently in the room next door which was easily heard through the paper-thin walls making it impossible to sleep. Hotel staff still has not responded to my message about the alarm that night, nor my messages to cancel my reserved second night. Along with the dirty floor and the yelling neighbors in the morning, it was a terrible stay with terrible service. It really seems like all the glowing previous reviews are fake.

I liked the room and location, and staff were helpful. The heating unit was a little loud-off and on frequently-and it was a little light through the night but otherwise I was quite happy.

Staff was very, very nice, but the room had some deal breakers. No bedside lamps, just overhead lights. The heater was extremely loud and there was electric buzzing from the wall about every 20 minutes. Then the PM and AM train. Altogether, hard to sleep and so hard to recommend.
