"This was bs I didn’t even mean to make this booking I searched for a completely different town that has the same named hotel and the title said the correct town in it but also down below said a different town so I ended up making a reservation for the wrong place because of the app deciding to advertise the next town over’s listing at the top of my search and the correct location at the bottom of the list after all the wrong places. And no one would help me cancel it even though I tried that very second. So now I’m out 100$ it’s whatever trip.com and the hotel have lost my business"

The hotel is a bit old, but the welcome cookies are delicious. The suite is large and very comfortable. It was Saturday and there was a game, so the room rate was a bit expensive."
