I made two reservations for the same period, for two rooms, and I checked in at 12:30 and the other guest made at 17:00. For the same category of rooms, however, I that arrived a little earlier (4 hours) was allocated to a seat room, even the hotel has not yet received a good part of the day guests. I asked about the change of the room, but they claimed that the “system” makes the sorting and we know that it doesn't work like that once the system is made by humans. Manager Ana Carolina tried to see how to correct this situation, but did not change anything. The worst in my perception and the lies and conduct that the collaborator Mariana had, in front of other 2 guests who were coming around 20:20 on day 22/03/2023, and using the question if it would be possible to make the change, she says that, as explained above and what reality even having made equal room reservations of the same category what happened and I took AZAR!!!! The negative points were that the small bathroom, stubborn, sanitary vase with a sweat look, lack of protective screen in the janeka of the apartment, in view of our stay in the 14th floor, the bathroom box was without the guide, Leaving the glass half that loose, which worried about accidents in the bathroom. The furniture was old, ( fridgebar)... The positive points are parking at the price of 30 reals per day ria...com manobrist, the excellent beds, the excellent location, near the municipal market, bakers. The very good breakfast, I would like to give my special praise to Quetein, Eliane and Sheila officials for being careful and performing a great service. The hotel was also close to the botanical garden, shopping, I think it's worth the benefit.

The hotel is very well located!Big room for the standard, with dryer, place to support the bag, satisfactory cleaning, (with room to improve), Wi-Fi OK, academy, medium breakfast. The hotel has been very friendly and very friendly staff (except a boy who was at the reception day 28/5 at night ) I would certainly host again since it maintains the cost-benefit ratio. I was very surprised with the hotel :)

The hotel is located in the central area, well-moved, has no good restaurant, a paddle nearby. Clean, but old room has not taken close to the bed head, but generally serves. We made a reservation in the standard room when we arrived and saw it was small (we traveled a few days ago and had a lot of baggage) we asked to upgrade to the larger room we would pay. the difference. just that we previously consulted the value on the booking website and they presented a much higher value, we had to argue with the value of the site. that ended that we didn't feel confident in the service provided. The breakfast is good, but I thought the site could be cleaner, the chairs at least showed signs of encarditis.

The hotel ”have” parking, but is a partner and the value is not included in the hosting simulation, with an extra daily value to be paid to store the car at the time of check-in; The room was only 2 single beds because there was a mistake in the system when booking. They changed our room and the cleaning of the new room was not very satisfactory; we were calling the air conditioning and was not working, when we interphoned to the reception to notify the air, the phone was not working too. We had a whole day on the road, it was over 10 a.m. and we had a little child, we just took bath and went to bed, the next morning we notified the air and the reception staff sent the technician. We returned from the tour afternoon, and we were informed that the technician was preparing the air, but it was not working yet. We opened the air and saw a dirt crust, we returned to the reception to tell that, besides not working, it was completely dirty. There was room available to exchange and we spent the second night in heat. In short: we spent 4 nights in heat because the technician who said to clean the air, at least did not spent a pan in the air conditioned. In our 5ª night they managed to exchange us to a room that The new room was running with the air, the air was swallowing water into the room, and the room was flooded, the amazing floor was already all-smooth and broken, indicating that it was an old problem. We were tired of complaining, we were still, in the next 2 nights we had there We didn't leave before the hotel because the full value of the reservation had already been discounted on our card at the time of the reservation; and also because the staff were very well on our attention and did what they could to help us.
