I would like to share some feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Overall, we found the location to be a great spot to relax, especially with the excellent facilities offered by Sun World Ba Na Hills. We came to celebrate both our anniversary and Christmas, and were excited about the experience. On the first day of our stay, we encountered an issue with the hot water. We called for assistance and waited nearly an hour for someone from the hotel to come and resolve the problem. It is now almost 10 PM, and the outside temperature is below 19°C, making the situation quite uncomfortable. On the second night of our stay, we were unexpectedly woken up at 7 AM by a housekeeping staff member. She informed us that we had requested a repair for the hairdryer, which was not the case. We tried to explain the situation, but she ignored us and entered the room without our consent. After checking the hairdryer, she left her master key behind. Later, she entered the room a second time, but fortunately, my husband had already finished his shower and was dressed. I find it difficult to believe this happened at a Mercure hote

Location is excellent! It’s very clean, breakfast was standard business type. Only two issues: 1) If you want to exchange other currency to VND, the staff will tell you different amount and the the amount is like around $10 USD which is ridiculous, until you throw a fit and ask the manager to come out then its fine all of a sudden. The exchange is one way (other currency to vnd) only, you can’t exchange back to usd, you can only do that in the airport. 2) The pool is clean but the facilities were very poorly maintained, see photos, no chair in changing room, shower nobs coming off in each shower, no place to put dirty towels. Considering it’s Hilton its quiet unacceptable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sala Danang, as the hotel was exceptional, from the excellent service to the amenities. We had free airport pickup service when we arrived at Danang, and were warmly greeted when we reached the hotel, with welcome drinks and towel. Our room with partial sea view was amazing, and the shower also had good water pressure. The buffet breakfast had decent selection though could be improved. Our flight was late in the evening but we were able to chill comfortably at the lobby thanks to the nice atmosphere and facilities. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location and facilities were very good. It was a family trip, and there was a washer dryer and kitchen, so it was easy to eat delivery food. However, the pool was messy and cold, the elevator took too long, and especially the lady in charge of eggs and rice noodles at the breakfast restaurant looked uncomfortable every morning. It's hard because one person is in charge of more than two things. It seems that the hotel needs improvement. There are too few breakfast items

We stayed here for our trip, because the hotel is new so we decided to book. They have bikes on the porch if you want to borrow and ride around. There is an amazing bbq restaurant a few street down from the hotel. The bed was super comfy, big and soft. We slept so well. At check out 1 us forgot hi phone so the staff sent it to us to our new hotel in the south. So thank you so much guys.

This was indeed, one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at in a very long time. The location is excellent, the facilities are top class, and most importantly, as a foreigner travelling the world, the staff were so friendly and most helpful. They assisted me with everything that I needed: From laundry, currency exchange, transport and even tours, the staff were more than happy to assist. Haian Beach Hotel and Spa for me is a highly recommended hotel located just infront of My Khe Beach and highway. Behind the hotel are streets with small hotels, food stalls and convenient stores. ATMs are also available walking distance. The rooms are very modern, cozy and relaxing. I got the city view room and a glimpse of ocean view since I got the corner room. I wish next time I can get the ocean view room (this room are always fully booked). Price is reasonable. Staff are very welcoming and very polite. Always ready to assist. You will feel you are really well taken care during your stay. James (Service Relation Officer) also messaged thru whatsapp to make sure everything is okay and for easy contact incase you need any assistance. Breakfast is amazing! The ambiance, the view and the food is 5/5. They also offer complimentary afternoon tea at the lobby everyday from 2pm-4pm.

Very good hotel service and amenities. FYI, it seems that Da Nang is “split” between two “areas” - the side where this hotel is located at, and the other side across the Dragon Bridge. It seems that a lot more food options and shops are across the other side so we ended up Grabbing a lot over. However, there’s a mall directly behind this hotel about 3-5 mins walk away. You can see the fireworks display on the Dragon Bridge if you pick the Horizon View. Oh!!! The butterfly pea lemonade drink that is complimentary at the reception is soooo good we drank it everyday when we came back.
