前台小姐姐服務熱情耐心，酒店防疫衞生做的很到位，前台有免費的口罩及免洗手消毒液提供非常貼心，房間打掃的很乾凈，床睡着很舒服，一樓還有自助洗衣房，真的很周全，下次還來住這裏！

第一次入住大荔的星程酒店，位置好，環境好，服務好，非常滿意的一次入住，我洗衣服時碰見服務服務員打掃洗衣房，服務員很熱心的教我怎麼使用洗衣機，和烘乾機，還幫我晾衣服，點贊，房間衞生乾淨整潔，光線好，值得推薦
