入住了一晚，整體感覺一般，和這個價位比起來是不太值得的，可以從幾個方面來提一些建議，供後續的客人蔘考和酒店的持續改善。
先説差的地方：
1. 服務
前一晚住在夕上雙廊（價格1500），後一晚住在明月松間 洱海（價格3000），作為均價3000左右價格的高端酒店，服務是差的。和夕上雙廊酒店的服務差距很明顯，感覺員工沒有完整的培訓過，工作人員見到客人不會打招呼，表情很冷漠，有工作時間在酒店大門口抽煙的情況。打電話的語氣也很冷漠。不會記客人的姓氏。唯一好的衹有一位在餐廳服務的女生，態度、服務、素質各方面都是不錯的，其他人不達標
2. 環境
酒店一樓和四樓公共區域比較小，沒有什麼私密性，房客們聚在一起拍照，網紅感比較強。早餐品種特別少，適合網紅拍照打卡，不適合純度假放鬆。
3. 設計
房間很小，設計有很多bug，電視在房間的側邊不正對床、浴室的鏡子在洗漱台的側邊、床頭上面的窗簾比較奇怪。壁爐那塊牆壁的設計有點奇怪。
再説好的地方：
1. 風景
風景是這家酒店的主要賣點了，風景確認在雙廊算很好的，視野開闊。
2. 裝修
裝修整體來説還不錯，能感覺到是有設計感的，用材比較好，但還是那句話，同樣的裝修和設計，在一線城市也衹能賣到1500左右。和這裏淡季3000多的均價不匹配，而且裝修是深色系現代風，和大理自然風景的割裂感比較明顯，更適合網紅拍照打卡，不適合長期度假人羣。
總結一下，這個價位的酒店，應該把服務品質提升上去，更多的為客人着想。設計上的bug有待完善。如果衹是為了賣一個風景，那房客的整體體驗感都不會好的，會有其他更好的選擇。

大理天花板一般的酒店，地理位置絕佳，旁邊有網紅餐廳木夕大理和世內桃源落日，拍照和吃飯真的很方便！酒店一樓的公共區域美景絕佳，早飯也能在露台上的位置吃，在洱海邊吃着早飯的體驗實在是太治癒了。工作人員的服務態度也都很好，在酒店度過了大理最舒適的時光！

特別滿意！工作人員特別細心熱情，環境比預想的乾淨舒適，很喜歡明月的格調，審美超級在線！還有枕頭特別舒服，送的香薰蠟燭很好聞，一夜好眠，最喜歡是公區的露台！做好防曬在上面曬太陽也太幸福了，下午茶種類超級多，很好吃！特別幸福滿意的體驗，衹是這次衹定了一天，因為深圳的暴雨飛機延誤很晚才到，沒來及體驗四樓的觀景台日落，下次要多定兩天好好體驗！

房間環境很棒，配套設施都很齊全，酒店的公區拍照真的很美，可以隨時投喂海鷗拍照，整體環境私密且安靜，夜晚的星空太好看了！強烈推薦！！

地理位置還是很好的，避開了雙廊古鎮熱鬧的商業區，靠海的露台非常出片，還可以喂海鷗。
早餐很不錯，特別是米線和餌絲，很香。
房間設施設備一般，和其他品牌的民宿酒店比沒有優勢。但是既然選擇這個酒店，也不是衝著房間去的。
