The hotel is very popular with influencers and day-trippers, which is not surprising given the beautiful views overlooking the lake. It was low season and we were lucky to be upgraded to a bigger room with a nice view of the lake. It was an adventure for us to be picked up and dropped off by the hotel in a mini-buggy. Special thanks to 小桃 who helped to check us in and very kindly helped us with transport recommendations for our onward journey. There are some really good cafes (山茧）and restaurants (银米) just a few minutes walk from the hotel, but it will take at least 15 minutes to walk to the main street of the ancient town itself.

The hotel is in an excellent location. You can enjoy the Erhai Lake while lying in bed. The hotel restaurant has a sunset dinner. Friends who like romantic a**osphere are highly recommended.
