One of the best experience we had in a hotel. Location was about 40 minutes from Dali, and the transport was prearranged by the staff. It is a beautiful hotel with many photogenic spots overseeing the lake. So peaceful and serene. The best part is the attentive staff who took care of everything for us from start to end. Our designated housekeeper 青柠 even followed up to check on us if we made it to our destination safely. They really go above and beyond. Would love to come back again.

FANTASTIC STAY! Hands down, one of the best hotel stay experience we had. The entire hotel and the room interior were designed to be simple yet classy and gives off the beach holiday vibes. The room is a “smart room” with most functions like the lights, music and curtains to be controlled by “小爱同学”, just like google home. In addition, they have butler service during the entire stay and the service our butler 青柠 provided was super duper impressive and she always tries to go beyond. Knowing that one of us was celebrating birthday, she even prepared an entire cake for us. As we only stayed for a night, she specially tried to make arrangements to book a photography slot for us even thought the schedule was full. The afternoon tea and goodnight desert soup, were delivered directly into our rooms for us. Definitely coming back to yuewan on my next visit to Dali!

We stayed at this hotel for a night during our trip to Dali. The hotel was new and very instagrammable. We were checked in to a room with no view despite paying for a sea-view room, but this was resolved by the staff by offering us an available sea-view room. The hotel staff were extremely attentive. Kudos to 小俊, our personal butler, who provided a lot of information over WeChat and was very prompt with his responses. They provided a variety of snacks, fruits and drinks and even a bowl of “goodnight sweet soup” each at night. Breakfast was mainly Chinese but was delicious!
The room was large and clean and offered a good view of Erhai. Room amenities were well-stocked and room facilities were top notch - the room was equipped with smart home technology and there was also a projector for home entertainment.
The only downside to this hotel is its location (Wenbi Village), which is far away from the main sightseeing spot in Erhai (S湾) and from the train station. The village is, however, tranquil and peaceful. Great stay overall!

The hotel environment is very beautiful. Each floor basically has a different view. The room arranged for me faces Erhai Lake. I was very lucky to see the Tyndall Light. The room facilities are also great. Afternoon tea and goodnight desserts are given as gifts. The housekeeper and other services are very OK. A special service group has been established. It is very considerate and thoughtful. The only bad thing is that I have to check out at 12 o'clock. I took a 2 pm bus to the station. I rested at the front desk during my free time. It is understandable that the next tenant will check in. When I left, I was given a gift box of flower cakes. The overall feeling is very good. I will recommend friends to come here
