酒店管家服務貼心周到，海景房不錯，喜歡這種寬敞的房間，面朝洱海春暖花開，下午茶也不錯，而且酒店內像個小花園，特別適合喜歡拍照的女人們，如果來度假也是不錯的選擇，就是離古城有點遠，可我對古城就是沒興趣才選擇這裏的，去古城要1個小時車程，給大家作個參考，離機場30分鐘車程，很方便，酒店有專門的車隊負責接送機，周圍步行的文筆村還有柴火雞、酸辣魚等美食，總之很舒心。

非常美的懸崖海景酒店，有些摩洛哥和當地混搭風的感覺。歐式花園陳設、海景餐廳咖啡廳都很賞心悦目。
房間充滿設計感，有一個無敵海景大露台，辦個party都富富有餘。
管家小虎很熱情，回主動詢問需要提供幫助。
如果想在海東文筆村找個地方，這家應該是迄今為止的最優選擇了。

管家服務給100分，非常細心和貼心。酒店環境跟圖片一樣，有一種公主回城堡的感覺，不用去別的地方，在酒店就可以拍很出片的照片，發發呆喝喝咖啡也非常巴適

服務周全從抵達到離店都很不錯
酒店本身有一個非常美的園林景觀，看得出是有精心護理選配品種的，錯落有致。
住的房間有個泳池，可惜沒有清理乾淨，蟲子有點多，可以改善。
海東在吃的上面沒有古城附近豐富，西觀日落，洱海景觀不錯，沒有遮擋。

整個酒店室內室外都很美，感覺是摩洛哥風格的，適合愛拍照的小姐姐，小花園和水池都很出片，管家小虎很熱情，微信都是秒回，因為航班延誤，還給延遲了退房，大理之行完美結束。

非常有設計感的民宿，室內室外都異常出片，服務也很熱情，特別是贈送的旅拍品質非常好，攝影師小姐姐耐心盡責還很會引導，原片就已經很驚艷了。很愉快的度假體驗，朋友圈已經有不少朋友求推薦了。如果要提一些改進建議的話，希望早餐稍微做一些變化，否則連住的客人感覺有點單調，另外希望咖啡廳晚上可以晚一點關門，讓住店客人可以晚上享受那麼美的環境。
