Super, super bad hotel, very bad check-in experience. When we arrived, the room hadn't been cleaned up. There were already customers complaining at the front desk. The light in the room was still broken. I lost my new clothes and agreed to pay for it three days later. Give it to me, I won't reply after five days, and I won't reply even once. 非常好的酒店，從入住就給升級了落日海景房，景色絕絕子沒得説，適合放空一整天，下午茶也很豐盛，拍照一絕。早餐更是豐富多樣，整體服務非常好，房間配備的設施也很棒，洗漱的是觀夏的品牌，非常有品位的一個牌子，還有很好的音響，適合聽着音樂放空自己，床品也很舒適，非常值得體驗，雖然小貴，但是物有所值。

非常好的一家酒店 工作人員服務很到位，到店後還幫忙升級了房型，整體感覺很舒服 ，酒店就在洱海邊，看海很美，院子很精緻很漂亮，房間設施都很不錯，房間都挺乾淨，酒店出門就是古鎮步行街.出行比較方便，離店時還贈送了伴手禮鮮花餅，管家小婷非常體貼。有什麼問題隨時都可以聯繫她，一入住管家小婷給辦理完入住後就會帶我們到房間 會詳細的介紹房間的設施和入住的一些問題和早餐時間，很專業，特別棒，贈送的水果，晚安糖水還有甜品都非常好吃，因為不是太甜.下午茶，早餐很豐盛，房間很自動化，吹風機也是戴森的，衞生和環境方面都不錯，房間和餐廳的景色也是沒的説。總體來説還是很不錯的體驗，非常值得推薦
