第一次來大連，最後一天住的這裏，這是一家別墅酒店，離老虎灘，棒棰島都很近，環境特別好，很乾凈，智能馬桶，尤其是洗澡水，水壓相當好，老闆也特別熱情，幫忙推薦了飯店，提供的早餐也營養，走路6分鐘有個早市，買了海鮮，這裏還能代加工，因為最後一天下雨了，沒有地方可去，要下午3：30離開，還給免費延時了，很感動，最後發現床單還弄臟了，也沒收費，總之，出門在外，大家都不易，做生意的真誠店家做到了，如果再來大連，還會選擇住這裏！

環境優美，距離棒棰島景區非常近，步行就能到，旁邊西餐店環境很好，披薩和咖啡不錯，酒店旁邊還有炮台山遺址，早上晨練的時候可以順道去看看，大連空氣很好，就是人太多了，去哪裡都得排隊。

必須好評，住宿條件好，離代表性景區都很近，老闆人很好，服務的大姐也特別熱情，早餐營養，我們自己去海鮮市場買的海鮮，廚師大哥給我們加工的，味道特別好，另外，廚師做的炒菜也很哇塞的，真實感受分享給大家！

為了方便去棒棰島，東港，老虎灘選的這個位置，別墅地處去棒棰島的路邊，環境很好，站在院裏可以知道去棒棰島的車流量多少，堵不堵車一目瞭然。
服務：老闆很熱情，推薦我們坐輕軌去金石灘，方便快捷，還省錢。店裡服務很周到，每天早餐也好吃，起的晚了可以讓送房間。
設施：定的這房型雖然是一樓，但是房間地下室帶浴池，孩子每天都要進去玩水，唯一不方便的就是衞生間在房間外面，但是也還好，沒覺得有什麼問題
環境：房間挺大，外面空氣很好，有種小資的感覺

各項都很滿意，住的很舒服，衞生一點死角都沒有。有種在家的舒適感。會推薦給朋友。比住大酒店舒服多了。環境很好。早餐吃了好多，我們家光盤了，尤其是小米粥和小饅頭。
凌晨四點多聽見窗外蟬鳴，起來關窗户，看見窗外寧靜的美景，頓時心動了。要能多住幾天就好了。

前台大姐服務熱情，有問必答。老闆親切隨和，低調內涵。在週六的熱門日期，給免費升級的房間，純實木傢俱，房間超級大。感謝！㊗️生意興隆！
早餐小米粥太好喝啦，他的感覺不是住店，而是更像在家或者走親戚的用餐。
離棒棰島很近，（但是也建議花10元車費進棒棰島。）假期孩子玩的嗨

房間整潔乾淨，和商家圖片一模一樣，實實在在，不存在虛假宣傳。店家服務好，周邊環境也不錯，在別墅區，旁邊有個中西餐廳，小有格調。開車住比較方便，自己打車 有時段不太好叫車。離棒棰島 海之韻景區很近，有專門的棧道可以走過去，半個小時。坐車幾分鐘。屋裡開窗很涼快，因為臨街，開窗車流聲明顯。住的寬敞，離市區很近，到機場半個小時車程。總體不錯，睡眠輕的不建議。遇到幾次領導去棒棰島 會封路…豪華大床房 可以可以的。
