I've stayed at quite a few Hilton properties and was expecting great things from this stay but I have to say I was left extremely disappointed with my stay at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre. For the amount of money I spent for 5 nights I definitely expected a lot better and should've went with my gut in picking another hotel. From it's location you can definitely tell it is more geared towards corporate travelers and convention groups. It's about 20mins away from DFW airport. I stayed in room 1524 and one of the most confusing things was trying to figure out why the bathroom was configured the way it was. The toilet is very low and faces the door and if you want to get into the shower, you have to close the bathroom door Also for the desk the chair doesn't even go with the desk, so it doesn't roll under the desk and is just in the way due to how big the desk is. Also, the outlets in the room were extremely loose, every time I plugged something in, the plug would fall out. Only in the bathroom did the appliances I plugged in stay in the outlet. My biggest complaint was the housekeeping service. I inquired if I had to request daily housekeeping and the front desk told me yes I had to. After instructing the front desk of the hotel that I wanted daily housekeeping, my room was only cleaned twice for a 5 night stay. This was after going down to the front desk three times to inquire about why my room had not been cleaned. I left at 12p on Friday and came back a lil after midnight and my room hadn't been cleaned. They said as long as I didn't have the privacy badge on the door it would be cleaned and I always removed it once I left the room, so I was very confused as to why my room never got cleaned and I had to continuously follow up. Very unacceptable. For a Hilton and the price I paid for this stay, I was left extremely disappointed and would choose another hotel for my next stay in Dallas.

Overall the room was great and spacious. The location is well situated and easily accessible to shopping and dining options. Unfortunately the elevators had issues and needed to wait long times to come and go.

First, our experience with this hotel was absolutely horrible. The key system in our door failed multiple times, causing numerous trips to get help to get into our room. Second, the tail lights of our vehicle were stolen over night. The initial manager we worked with was complete unhelpful and refused to help accessing the cameras to give more information to our insurance. Please explain how this happened when they have overnight security that patrols the parking lot?? The manager was dismissive and had the audacity to offer us dinner despite the amount of time and money this ordeal will put us out on. Instead of offering any sort of help he offered dinner. Dinner is offensive in the lieu of actual help and care. Despite all of this, when we spoke with Quin she was amazing. She was understanding, polite, and helped us that best she could. It is ONLY because of our amazing interaction with Quin that this hotel is getting the review we are giving it. Thank you Quin!

I was staying in town to go with my teen daughter to a concert at American Airlines Center. This hotel has easy access on and off the highway. There is a Chick Fil A and a 7 Eleven gas station in front of it, in the same parking lot as the hotel which made for a super easy way to get food and gas before leaving town. The hotel is very clean and smells nice. The doors are locked at 8pm so make sure you have your key. We had no problems with our stay. Room was clean and cold at arrival. All were friendly. A young man helped my daughter to open the door when her hands were full, dropping things even. He picked them off the floor and handed them to her, holding the door for us both. Breakfast smelled good and was promptly served. Hiltons Honors got us snacks and waters and were there waiting for our arrival. I was impressed with the hotel, service, and parking. It is right down from Parkland and a Children's Hospital so it would be a good place to stay if you are in the area for medical needs as well as American Airlines Center events.

Two families traveling together (2 adults, 4 kids-ages 9, 10, 11 & 13) for a staycation during the week. The beach rental flooded, so we headed to north Texas instead. Art in the hotel was amazing. Snuck in a history lesson during summer vacation. Food in restaurants was above average with above average prices as well. Restrooms were extremely clean. Rooms were only serviced for 2+ days stay. Only serviced one time between Tues-Fri. You pay the price for convenience but you could check in and never leave the hotel. Water park was open 10-7. Spa was not open yet, a little disappointing. Customer service was top notch.

I had a nice stay at the Ritz in Dallas. It is an older hotel that was formerly a Four Seasons. They did an extensive renovation recently. My room was spacious. I had a corner king room with a nice balcony. The room wasn’t as clean as I would expect for a Ritz, but wasn’t dirty. The toilet hadn’t been replaced and didn’t work as well as a new one would. Also the sink had a big crack in it. A couple of the power outlets in the room didn’t function. Not what you would expect from a five star property. The star was professional and helpful. The gym is very large and well equipped. All in, I had a nice stay but would not say this property is a 5 star hotel.

Looking at Ctrip's online reviews, I booked a room for two nights. The first impression when I came to the hotel was very good. The waiter at the door was divided into two parts. The service was very professional and enthusiastic. The waiter entered the room and put it in the room. The facilities of the hotel are introduced carefully. It is very warm. The hotel has seven restaurants. We had an American dinner at the hotel that night. The quality of the service and dishes was perfect. The Japanese food at noon the next day was also very exquisite. There are also many surrounding attractions. It is also very convenient. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Dallas. I highly recommend it to everyone.

This hotel was really cute, had such a great vibe. The front desk guy Jacob was so friendly and really made me feel welcomed, he had a big smile on his face explained parking and how the key works, even told me if I wanted to hold my luggage there with him in the morning that they would be happy to do it so the kids could swim, he also explained to me that the kitchen was open until 10:00 p.m. and we could either order downstairs or even on the rooftop. The rooftop was chill, nice music very laid back, we ended up ordering our food downstairs the bartender was great answered all my questions and very patient. The food was okay I ordered a burger just didn't have very much flavor to it needed a little more seasoning on the burger itself, salad was good and sweet potatos fries were decent. The room itself was super cute lots of space for the kids, love that they had a noise machine because I forgot to bring my fan. The pull out sofa was clean, The only thing I can really complain about was the sink it just did not drain well but overall was a wonderful stay I would definitely recommend.

GGuest UserThe hotel is so quaint and sweet, the decor transports you into another era, beautifully decorated and unique. The rooms are small but darling, however we were put in a room right next to the entry stairs door and early in the morning people just kept slamming it so we didn’t really rest well. The service was just okay front desk didn’t give us any info and we had to walk around ourselves to get to amenities. The location is very odd it’s right in the middle of a neighborhood with homes right next door and an elementary school is right across the streets. They have parking in the back but it’s a tight squeeze it’s mainly for compact cars and street parking is a mess you are sharing with the neighborhood.
LLIJUNThe breakfast is very simple, there is nothing to eat, just join in. They have an airport shuttle bus to Dallas love field airport, from 6 am to 10 pm. Others are ok, the hotel is quite satisfactory.
GGuest UserBooked a king room. When we arrived they said they were overbooked on king rooms and put us in a queen. I called down and let the front office know that I paid more to guarantee a king and they found us one and the room felt newer and nicer. Overall great experience.
GGuest UserGreat location right off the highway and by college campus/Bush library. We enjoyed the room and design as well as the bar/commons area (unfortunately did not bring swim suits for the indoor pool for the cold rainy day, would have been nice). Was a little weird to not have ice available on the floors and finally figured out we had to just grap qt bags out of the freezer in the lobby (no one mentioned that) but for all the fun aesthetics and location there wasnt much we could complain about (as long as you look around and find the best price as online it was coming up wildly different). Overall would definitely stay again and recommend.
We were allowed to check in half an hour early which was nice. The rooms are large but are a bit dated. It looked like they tried to renovate at some point. There are foot and shoe prints on the floor that look like a permanent fixture. Our shower had decent pressure, but the toilet was a bit on the low flow side. Our air conditioning system did not work the greatest either. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. Orange juice not working, coffee machine not working, and no waffle batter for the machines. There seemed like there was security at night, we had some drunks knock on our door at 11pm...I'm not sure if I would stay here again, BUT this is a cheap no frills place to stay in the downtown Dallas area.
GGuest UserThe staff was top notch. The rooms were nice. The location downtown and lack of parking was the most frustrating part. The valet made that a bit more convenient but we waited 30 minutes for the valet to bring our car around.
Ddirk411Overall, the price is very high, there is an indoor swimming pool, the water temperature is comfortable, the breakfast type is good in the same level, the yogurt is very good, the traffic is very convenient.
GGuest UserGreat customer service, Didnt like downstairs but clerk changed rooms with no problem the special request was not listed on our resevation at the hotel. Food was good.
XXanGood value. Convenient for meetings at the Hilton Anatole, which is a 5 minute walk away.
Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was as expected.
All in all a convenient and perfectly adequate place to sleep whilst working.
SScottAimeeWhen we first arrived, we were in a second floor room. I asked for a ground floor room because both my friend and I are disabled veterans. No problem, we were given a ground floor room. When we initially went into the room, it was quite hot in there. In an attempt to cool the room down, I found that the controls on the air conditioner turned all the way around, leaving me not really knowing where on the dial did it corollate with the cool setting. While sitting on the bed, I noticed the ceiling and the very evident water damage on the ceiling. There were large areas on the ceiling that showed where large areas were covered by sheetrock or wood, then covered with paint. There were other areas that showed long sections that had water damage that had not been fixed, too. The only amenity was the ice bucket. All in all, the bed was decently comfortable and got a fair night’s sleep, but the pillows were less than useful. The only thing that irritated me was the fact that housekeeping knocked on the door before 1100 am. We were already taking our belongings to the truck and when we tried to get back into the room to get the rest of our belongings, the card key no longer worked! I had to walk from one end of the motel to the other end to get back to the office; they had to reset the key I guess. Walking that distance was very difficult physically for me and I feel that would not have been necessary if the key continued to be effective in unlocking the door. I think next time I will stay somewhere else.
